"How did your parents approved it?" Asked Kageyama while drinking his milk.

"Well, they have know Tsukki for a while" answered a nervous Yamaguchi, trying to sound calm.

"Blink twice if you need help"

"Hinata! Tsukki is not going to kill me"

"Not Yamaguchi at least" joked Kei, still focusing in his lunch.

"Murderer!" Gasped Hinata with a dramatic movement.

"Cut if off!"

"Bokeyama! Yamaguchi could die. Aren't you worried?" Kept joking Shoyo.

"Stop that. He will never hurt me!"

Shocked, the taller boy looked up to his friend, who was now standing with his hands slammed on the table. Hinata knew it was enough of the silly joke and Kageyama was ready to leave.

"Is ok, Yams. They are just idiots"

"Why me?! Hinata is the one joking around!"

"What did you say?!"

Kei took Tadashi's hand. Leading the olive boy to a quieter place. Why can't Kageyama and Hinata not fight for one day?

"Are you really ok with what they say?"

"... why does it matter? I understand... is pathetic to get mad about it"

"Now about you babysitting me. Are you sure you want to do it?" Yamaguchi started playing with his shirt, fidgeting.

"Why wouldn't I be?" Said raising and eyebrow. Is not like the haven't sleep over a lot before. Why is it so different for Yamaguchi to "live" with Tsukki in his house for a week? Is nog even at Tsukki's house.

"You'll be stuck with me fo-"

"I don't like how you are wording that sentence"

"What?" Asked a surprised Yams.

"I'm not stuck. We will spend tome together so you can assist to practice and your parents don't have to worry"

"But still. Are you sure abo-"

"Cut that bullshit off. I like spending time with you"

Training time. Everything was good till...

"You think you are better than me?"

"Hey hey, keep it cool!" Claimed Takeda.

"You clearly don't even think others could clean your feet, King of the Court!"

"Don't you dare to call me like that ever again!"

"Kageyama! Stop!"

"Stop this" warned Ukai.

"This is nothing of you business, Hinata"

"Tsukki, please just step back"

"Not now, Yamaguchi"

"You talk about me being rude? You don't even care about your "best friend", Tsukishima!"

"Ok you both! That's enough"

"Daichi-Senpai, stop them" begged Hinata.

"Tell this King that this is not his kingdom" said Kei walking away; out of the gym.

"Yamaguchi"

"I know, I'll get him back"

Yams followed his friend out side. Apparently ready to leave.

"Tsukki! Come back. You can't be that mad. He's just difficult and-"

"I care!" Yelled Tsukki. He turned around. If it wasn't for the bad lighting, Tadashi may have seen the little tears in the corner of his grey eyes.

"What you mean? You shouldn't care about what Kageyama thinks about you"

"No! I care about you, idiot... I do"

"You are so stupid! I know you do! Don't pay attention to Kageyama"

Angry, Yamaguchi walked to his friend. How could he think after all those years that he didn't care. Tsukki is the one being there for him every time. Even if he was cold, his heart was warm enough for Yamaguchi.

"How pathetic I've became"

"Stop that! You are amazing! Stop punishing yourself"

That word... amazing. He never felt amazing, and lets not talk about the amazing Yamaguchi is talking about. He was cold, selfish and scary. Every day he gets amazed of how Tadashi stays by his side. Even when he pushed the world away, he could never see himself pushing Yamaguchi away. Was he selfish be keeping him at his side? Was it selfish to want him to be his friend and only his? He now it was wrong how jealous he gets looking at Yamaguchi smiling yo others. Was he hurting him?

"So, are you going to go back to train?" Asked Tadashi, pushing the blond boy out of his mind.

"Yes. Lets go"

"Good practice everybody. Yamaguchi and Tsukishima will clean up bc of their behaviour"

Tanaka and Noya jumped smiling and ran away.

"Tsk"

Kei walked straight to the net to take it down, noticing Yamaguchi helping him at the other side. He knows that, even if he asks, Tadashi will not leave without him. For some reason he felt heart-touched by it.

"I wanted to ask you something"

Yamaguchi looked up at him, still eating the onigiri Tsukki gave him.

"Tell me"

"Is it selfish to still be your friend?"

"What the... what you mean?" He was both confused and offended somehow.

"I mean that maybe is selfish for me to be your friend and keep you by my side"

"Tsukki... is this bc of what Kageyama said? Because if it is, I've been with you for long enough to know you care about me and that is not a one-sided thing"

"But..."

"I like being your friend. Who else calms me down when I eat fast? Who else takes care of me during my anxiety attacks? Who else buts me food after training worried about me not eating enough? Just you do... and that shows me how much you care and love me"

"Love?"

"I- I MEAN LIKE FRIENDS!"

"Yes... friends..."

"Yeah... friends..."
