Chap. 5 - Roundabout

Somehow and someway despite Baji and her having a kiss, Murasaki was not happy about the currently recurring shit storm of events that had begun to brew, Toman was trying to expand its own power because of the war against Valhalla. It'd become imminent and the ceremony/meeting in which a clearly manic Baji, decided to leave Toman but Takemichi as well as Mura did object causing Baji to hit them both hard as fuck. "What the fuck?" Murasaki spit up a bit of blood as Mikey gaped, in shock almost but remained calm however Kisaki was now a member of Toman. Takemichi hit Kisaki and he hit him way harder right back so Baji disciplined them which got her pretty beat up just like Takemichi, the two were sat on the steps with Mikey after. "I'm sorry, about Baji. I didn't expect him to hit you." Mikey held onto her cheek gently as Takemichi slept soundly on Mura's lap, she petted his head gently. "Baji is your best friend, I get it. Don't apologize." She replied simply without hesitance, "Plus I think I forgot, Keisuke helped me remember before he punched me. I think he's mad at me for all the times I forgot him." Murasaki was lost, torn in a multitude of directions by outside forces but it wasn't her fault, fate never treated them kindly at all. "You forgot too huh?" Nodding, for some reason she leant onto his shoulder and Mikey let out a relieved sigh as he rested on her. "You know, maybe it's better you forgot." Mikey, for once was right about something which caused Mura's laughter to resound, she couldn't truly forget. Nothing could destroy the memories all of Toman shared, from childhood to now when they were in chaos there were some things you just can't erase, the history and their fates that were aligned couldn't be destroyed by anyone or anything. "I won't forget you or anyone, just for a little I think I did." They often had small or simple conversations, Mikey and Murasaki had always been soulmates before they knew it but she would never be able to be with him. As Baji had left and she went after him with Takemichi on Mikey's orders, he demanded Takemichi go get Baji back because he loved him and that if he failed he would kill Takemichi. "Mikey but."He shook his head at her, "Go with Takemichi, if you don't want me to kill him." Sighing, Mura and Takemichi headed to school the next day in the classroom they sat after school with the few friends they had. All of a sudden a boy in a black uniform with a tattoo on his neck came in the room right when they said his name but Takemichi had not met him before. "Kazutora, I figured you would come find us." Mura said as she sat on Takemichi's desk, "Murasaki right? I met you before with Baji-san. This is Takemichi Hanagaki?" Takemichi nodded and got up as Kazutora hugged him, Murasaki immediately got up and grabbed Takemichi's sleeve tightly in her hand. "What's the matter?" The blonde boy gave her a look before Kazutora put one of his big hands on hers. "Don't worry, I won't do anything bad to either of you just come with me." Kazutora said happily as he put an arm around both of them, "Come on we're going to Valhalla's hideout. I'll introduce you to them." It was not a good sign if Kazutora was taking the two of them into enemy territory, they couldn't run though. "I don't like this Takemichi." Mura spoke up as they entered the abandoned and derelict arcade, Kazutora still dragging them in the place. Men sat and smoke cigarettes while the sound of something being hit over and over resounded, "Chifuyu...?" Takemichi was in awe, Baji was on top of the blonde boy and beating him to a pulp as Murasaki covered her mouth, trying to not scream. "Get the fuck off of him! Keisuke!" Before anyone could grab her Mura's form bolted across the room, Kazutora had his hand on her hair and pulled it but she punched him. "Don't touch her!" Takemichi shouted as Mura punched Kazutora again, then ran and tackled Baji off of Chifuyu who was still laying on the floor unresponsive. "You bitch! Let me go!" Baji threw a couple punches, her face had turned red from the blood but she kept hitting him back as Hanma approached and began to clap. "Well, well. Mikey's girlfriend showed up along with our witness, welcome Murasaki and Takemichi!" Hanma stood with his arms wide and oustretching, the men in the building were all cheering as Baji and Murasaki beat the shit out of each other. Murasaki's hair was messed up and Baji's had been pulled out of his hairdo, bruises and even bite marks and scratches were on the two of them as they scuffled until Mura was wrestling with him on the floor. "I'll drag you back to Mikey no matter what! Don't you remember!? Baji you fucker!" She yelled, a loud and echoing boom as Baji threw her off of him as they stood toe to toe. "Shut your damn mouth bitch!" Kazutora pinned her to the wall as she began to squirm, "Hold her still." As the group held their trial for Baji's loyalty to his new gang Valhalla, she put up a fight and even wounded Kazutora and Baji with her knife. "Let go of me Kazutora!" Murasaki had to watch in horror as Baji and Kazutora revealed that they killed Shinichiro, who was Mikey's older brother and they were both in Valhalla. They would be fighting Toman in a week, "Oh and I have one message for you, from Kisaki." The tall form of Hanma loomed over Murasaki who held tightly onto Chifuyu's body, he was alive at least for now. Hanma crouched down and put his hand atop her head, patting it, "We're going to take your precious Mikey and Takemichi, all of your Toman boyfriends are gonna die." Hanma said happily and without hesitation she punched his throat, causing him to sputter and cough while he grabbed her hair. "She hit him in the throat! Murasaki stop!" Takemichi had to pull her off as the three ran out of the Valhalla base but it was basically a declaration of war against the Toman gang. "That bastard! I'm gonna kill the both of them, Kisaki and Hanma!" Murasaki's shout pierced the heavens as she cried out in the night air, Takemichi dragging her and their wounded friend. The next day all three sat in a row on the swings, "I'm sorry I got you both in this mess." Chifuyu was all bandaged up and in a bruised state, she had been the one that'd stitched him up after Baji beat the shit out of him the other day. "Mikey does that too, saying sorry when he doesn't have to. We just have to win and get Baji back." There was one plan the group shared, Chifuyu didn't know that they'd been on a mission to fix the past and restore the future so no one was shocked to see them on the front lines. "There you are." Hanma said boldly as he approached Takemichi, Chifuyu and Murasaki who stood protectively in front of the two boys. "Back off, the fight don't start until Mikey and Draken get here bitch." Mura's eyes were locked onto Hanma's, "I don't give a fuck if Mikey's here, you're his little bitch right? I remember you but you don't remember." The sound of Kazutora's voice made her venomous glare direct to the shorter male. "I'm nobody's bitch but you're about to be mine!" Without announce of hesitation Murasaki threw a hard left hook, both hands up as Kazutora flew a bit back. "I'll just kill you so Mikey and Baji can't have you Murasaki." Kazutora declared and he hit her back if not twice as hard, the girl trying to block his barrage of hits before she drew her knife to stab him. Baji however, decided to get between Kazu and Murasaki so he could catch her wrist, the knife gleaming as the ref came up to them and the two didn't break the stare between them. "I won't let you kill him." A gasp left her lips, Baji's grip tightening harder on her wrist as Murasaki attempted to stab the male. "I will kill you all if you keep this up." The threat lingered in the air as everyone arrived to watch the scene unfolding between Baji and Murasaki. "Baji, Murasaki this fight hasn't even begun." Mikey spoke as Draken and the rest of Toman came up to the middle of the lot full of abandoned cars, Baji let her go and turned. All of Valhalla and Toman had decided to go all out in warfare, Kazutora kicked it off with Baji and Hanma after beating the referee they had. Mikey went after Kazutora alone, for Shinichiro who'd been killed by Baji and Kazutora whilst Draken fought Hanma, Murasaki followed both Chifuyu and Takemichi for the plan. "All I have to do is stop Baji from dying." She had silently muttered to herself before being grabbed up by Kisaki. "You're always getting in the way!" A angered Kisaki spat vehemently, "You-you set this up!" Mura cried out as Kisaki threw her off the car pile with everyone not paying attention except the spectators, Murasaki had fallen so hard it felt as if the world crashed down on her.
