The view around me was covered by white walls. My gaze shifted to the children in the same room, before the training and learning for the day began. I would start to observe the people around me... Most of them had a blank look, but even then I could recognize the emotions that were shining from their eyes.

Fear... that the next person to be discarded would be themselves.

Anxiety ... Not knowing if you were capable of achieving all the training, without receiving any punishment in return.

Curiosity ... For wanting to know what training sessions we will have that same day.

Frustration... At not being qualified enough to complete the training.

Envy... By acknowledging that they were inferior to others.

Most of the people who were in this room could try to hide their emotions from other people ... but human emotions are not something you can easily dismiss or even stop feeling, they were part of our nature to feel emotions ... Even I couldn't control the emotions I was feeling, but then one day ... I started to feel that emptiness inside my body. At first, I didn't understand it, but then I realized what it was: human apathy.

"Line up"

The instructor's voice sounded throughout the room, with a sigh I did as ordered.

--------------------------------------------------

My eyes were opened causing me to wake up from the dream, I was staring at the ceiling for several minutes before sighing to force me to get out of bed. The last time my dream was about the white room, was a long time ago. I had no idea why had dreamed it again, but it didn't matter.

I took a quick shower before putting on my school uniform, while I was fixing my tie I checked my phone to see if I had a message. When I checked it, I noticed that the soccer team had sent me a message in which they said that they had accepted me into the club. They also congratulated me for playing soccer quite well.

With a sigh, I put my shoes on before leaving my room so I could head towards the school complex. Now that I was thinking about it, I should start exercising again so I can at least keep my body athletic. Maybe I should join the gym, even if I were training because the soccer club required it. I should also make sure to exercise exclusively to maintain my body power.

After a while, I came to the classroom. I had arrived a little early in the classroom. I had no reason to arrive early, but I had gotten used to arriving early because I could always hear the rumors or conversations that my companions were talking to each other. You never know what valuable information I might hear.

The room began to fill up little by little as people began to talk among themselves, Yōsuke had approached me to greet me and at the same time ask me if I had entered. When I replied with an affirmative answer. Yōsuke wasn't surprised and just congratulated me. Several girls had also wished me good morning.

When the bell rang marking the start of class. The teacher entered the classroom, after arranging the materials he was going to work with, the class began. Classes passed normally. The students stopped paying attention to the teacher while they got to do other things... although it was a somewhat surprising fact that most girls began to pay attention while writing notes in their notebooks. I could even see some guys paying attention. Which was very different from the previous timeline.
