STILL ADRIENS POV

"Aunt Amelie and Felix?" I said.

"Oh Adrien we have missed you so much since last time we saw you! Uh you look like a young man!" Amelie said pulling me into a tight and uncomfortable hug. "Oh haha thank you!" I said. We pull away from the hug to see Felix standing there. I know something about Aunt Amelie and Felix's arrival was not a visit. Something happened.

Is this why my lessons are cut for today?

Are they both moving to Paris?

Why are they here?

I asked so many questions to myself.

Finally Father spoke, "Adrien, me and Amelie and Audrey are going to New York for 1 month and 2 weeks. Mayor Bourgeois will come with us next week. I have to go because I'm opening my clothing store there. Remember? And me and Audrey have already begun our collab for the Summer de la Paris 21' collection. Amelie has business to do there and will also be helping me and Audrey with the collection. The fabrics and essentials are in New York and we are going to get started on it since it's almost April. Ok.

I know this is a lot but you will stop taking Chinese Lessons and will continue fencing and piano. For the moment of course. But you will be helping Felix." I took all the information my father had just told me but wow that Escalated Quickly. You know one moment I'm sending Marinette a text and boom next moment my Dad and Aunt Ameli are leaving for almost 2 months!!

I said, " Wait so is Felix staying and if he is Natalie is staying here right Father?" Felix finally spoke, " Adrien I unfortunately have to stay here since I'm not 18 yet and can't stay at my house in London. I'm staying and going to school with you." He said all that in the most matured way. I couldn't help but laugh. But why am I laughing it's not even funny. But I mean he just stood there near my father not saying a word until now. 😐 Amelie, Natalie, Father and Felix stared at me with shocked faces.

Father scoffed, "Adrien this isn't funny. Natalie is coming with us obviously. And Gorilla will be your guardian for the meanwhile we are gone. Yes Felix will stay with you. And you will show him Paris and around your school. And no funny business. Do Not embarrass me when I'm gone. And to side note the plane leaves in an hour." He said that in a harsh tone knowing damn well that NY was serious.

I said, "Father I promise I won't embarrass you and will happily show Felix around! I will miss you Father!"

Aunt Amelie said, "Oh how I wish to stay and chat with you Adrien but I have to make sure me and Felix brought everything. So if you'll excuse us for a bit!" She said walking towards the door.

As Felix walked by he didn't seem to excited to see me. Sure last time he pretended to be me with the whole video deleting situation. But we are always on good terms. I will talk to him later.

My Father still remained in the middle of the entrance room and he made his way to his office. I assumed he was packing up too since they are leaving in an hour. So I head up the stairs until I hear me name. Father is standing outside of his office making a gesture for me to come in.

I slowly walk down the stairs not knowing what will come to my desire.

I make it to his office and sit on one of the chairs in front of him. He doesn't sit. Instead he is standing up and breathing heavy.

"Adrien what I'm going to tell you might be too much. I know you didn't expect Felix and Amelie to be here. And with the news I just told you, well it's so much to unpack.  I have a secret that only 2 people knew about. This secret is hard. I have tried to given up but I was close to it so much. I have hurt you and everyone. I made you feel isolated, abounded, lonely, and stuck in a cage. I'm really sorry Adrien for what I have put you through.
