It was now 7:52 pm on a Monday night. So much has happened. Adrien found out the truth on that Felix was using Marinette to get back at him. But of course he doesn't know that Marinette and Felix are using each other to make Adrien jealous. But Adrien never told Felix his feelings for Marinette.

Unless,

He did tell him. But he never knew.

He decided he would text Marinette to tell her if they can talk tomorrow after school.

To Mari 👒: Hey can I call you rn?

From Adrien 💞: sure!!

And so Adrien called Marinette:

"Hey"

"Hi Adrien"

"I wanted to talk to you about-" Adrien was cut off by someone laughing and hearing Marinette  say, "shush omg be quiet!"

Adrien had no clue who Marinette was taking to. He knew that Alya and Nino are having a movie night since Nino told him about it. So who could it be he thought?

"I'm so sorry Adrien my friend is um well um we um are uhh he I mean my friend is ticking me?"

"Oh! Um who is it?" When Marinette heard Adrien say that she knew she was stuck and absolutely couldn't tell Adrien who was over.

"Haha whattt. I said friend I meant my mom omg I can't be such a clutz haha. I even forget what I say!!!"

"Oh uhm ok. Look can we talk tomorrow after school it's about Felix."

Marinette turned to Felix and stared wide eyed. Felix gestured Marinette to continue talking.

"Look Adrien, I would but I can't I have to edit my new YouTube video. And homework you know. How about Wednesday?" Now Adrien knew she was telling the truth.

"I have a shoot and fencing that day. Ok better come on Friday night like around 6 ish. Thursday I have a meeting with my doctor for a check up and a shoot again."

"Sure! Friday sounds good Adrien."

"K bye-"

"Adrien, just so you know I'm safe ok!"

"Got that Mari. Goodnight Marinette!"

"Goodnight Adrien!"

ADRIEN POV

I knew she was lying. But I couldn't quite put a finger on who was over at her house. I thought that Kagami was over but she went to Tokyo for a fencing internship last week. Things between us are still rocky and I know she deserves the world. I lied. I still feel bad.

I shook my head and grabbed my pajamas and headed to take a shower.

As I was in the shower, I know Marinette is lying to me. But I really need to know. It obviously can't be Felix because he was going to Mason's house. Wait. Why am I obsessing over her when my heart is devoted to Ladybug?!

Shit. I have to talk to Ladybug about my dad's little secret. Maybe she will finally agree to a reveal.

The rest of the night I pushed my thoughts away. And scrolled through my social media's.
