Why are you here?

Meredith's pov

It was Finn the veterinarian who wanted to be with me but I didn't want to be with him. And  I knew Derek couldn't stand him. But I also didn't like him showing here up. I faked smiled to let it feel less akward for Finn. "Why are you here?" I asked to fill the silence. "I'm here for my brother. Can you look up what room he's in?" He asked. "Ofcourse. What is his name?" I said. "His name is Ron Dandridge." He answered. "That's my patient actually. His surgery went really well." I said "That's great." Finn said. "His room is 204." I said. We said goodbye and he went to his brothers room. 

Derek's pov

"What was that all about with Finn the Vet." I asked Mer. "Our patient appears to be his brother." She said. "Oh. Well I think we will see him a little more these days. Did you tell him about us?" I asked her. "No, he didn't really bring that up. What do you mean actually that we will se him more these days." Meredith said. "Well I let my intern take im for a head CT. And it looks like there is a bleed. So I will need to bring him to the OR in 2 days. So would you like to srub in?" I said. "Okay, I will scrub in." She answered. "I'm am going to tell him now. I will see you at the end of the day at day care. And we will have his surgery in 2 days." I said. "See you then." She said while giving me a kiss. I went to our patients room and saw Finn leave then I went in and told the patient. I finished my shift and went to pick up the kids with Mer.

Meredith's pov

Derek and I drove home and we put bailey in bed and watched a movie with Zola then we put her in her bed. Then Derek and I went to bed and took off our clothes and put or pjs on and spooned in bed together. He gave me kisses and my neck and then we fell asleep.
