I was at home because of grandpa. I have tons of work at K&K and he doesn’t listen to me. I am asking him continuously why is he keeping me at this time.
"Hey Old Han cook this all item today. And cook extra for some people."
"Who is coming?"
"It’s a surprise. Just do what I said."

Suddenly a text came.
Tong Nian-"Are you at home today?"
"Yes."
"Oh actually, Mom and I are coming to your home."
"Oh. Why?"
"To meet grandpa."

I understood why grandpa said it's a surprise. But why I need to cook this all dish alone! Suddenly, I thought of someone.

I went upstairs where Wu Bai was playing on the computer.

"Xiao Bai come downstairs."
He looked at me making a confused face.
"Why?"
"I have urgent work for you."
"What?"
"Come first."
He came down with me.
I took him to the kitchen.
"Help me to make lunch."
"You always make lunch alone. What happened today? "
"Guests coming."
He looked at me cluelessly and started to cut vegetables.
I started to make dishes and suddenly saw a flying carrot coming towards me.
I quickly jumped to the opposite side.
"Wu Bai! What are you doing exactly?"
"Sorry, it slipped from my hand."
"And it started flying? Are you venting your anger on a carrot?"
"What? No!"
I looked at his chopping board and felt pity for those vegetables. I understood he can do anything but not this.
"Go. No need of you."
"Ok. Thank God."
He left quickly. I started cooking and suddenly a thing pops up in my mind that if Tong Nian can eat spice like me. I normally like things spicy but she is a little girl.
I cooked every dish with less spice thinking of her.

Tong Nian

I started to get ready after breakfast as soon as possible. Mom looked at me furiously because of my behavior.
"You don't need to get ready so soon.
We are going there at 1 pm. It's just 11 am."
"Hehe, I am not getting ready. I am just choosing what to wear."
"Oh.What's special there?! Wear anything "
I went to my room and started to look for a proper dress. I can't find anything.
Then I just wear a casual t-shirt and skirt for the lunch.
Normally, I don't do that much makeup but today I applied a little makeup to look different.
I roam around my room to kill time. Because if mom sees me like this she will be angry.

Waiting waiting and waiting. I was almost asleep when Dou Nai came into my room.

"Hey, sister! What's up?"
"Can't you knock before coming?"
"Why I need to knock!?"

To be honest I am happy for her. People sort out their love life so fast. And look at me! What am I doing!

I went out with Dou Nai by hearing my mom's voice.
Mom is a really good driver. She drove us to Han Shangyan's home.

Grandpa welcomed us happily. I am searching for Han Shangyan but I couldn’t find him anyway.
Suddenly I realized his home is cool. It has a classy interior with huge size. They also have a nice garden with a small swimming pool.
I snapped out from my thought by grandpa's voice.
"Nian Nian! Are you searching Old Han?"
"No no!"
"Don't be shy. He is in the kitchen. Go!!"
I looked at my mom who is also looking at me. But I couldn’t say what is she thinking.
I got up and looked for the kitchen. I wanted to see him. Suddenly I saw Wu Bai.

I looked at the kitchen. There he is! He is looking so damn good! I entered and stood behind him.

I came outside with him.
