Ch2 Skating confessions

3rd person p.o.v

As tabi and agoti arrived and the skate park they noticed they were the only ones here, which made tabi happy. He hated being stared at for his unique appearance.

Agoti, who had been silent most of the time decided to finally break his own silence.
"Hey tabi, why are there so many flags around?" He asked, he'd noticed on his way here lots of people had got flags of different colours.

"It is pride month, so people are celebrating that with their chosen flag" Tabi answered, choosing his words carefully, he didnt want to accidentally come out to his best friend.

"The fuck is pride month?" Agoti responded, raising an eyebrow, tabi didnt answer. He just sighed. "Well fine then dude, I'll just look it up" he said taking out his phone and tapping on it.

Tabi let out a shaky breath and decided to skate away slightly, he wasn't sure how agoti would react, and wasn't sure if his heart could take it if his friend was horrible about it.

Agoti looked at the article curiously 'so pride is for people to celebrate their sexuality? So...its not weird to feel these things?' He thought to himself and then decided to tap a question of his own into his phone:
"how do I know if I'm gay?"
He blushed at his own phone, but smiled, realising that maybe the things he felt weren't so weird after all.

He decided to ask google just one more thing:
"What do I do if I'm crushing on my guy best friend"
He smiled wider, and felt his body relax a bit. Putting his phone away he looked up and saw that tabi was not by his side, but skating with a slightly nervous expression. 'Why was he nervous?'

Tabi looked over and saw agoti walking over, he waved, nervous of what sort of conversation agoti was about to start, but agoti just said:
"Well, pride sounds cool huh, maybe we should go to one of the festivals together" tabi stared, shocked slightly but smiled "sure agoti, I would love to..." he trailed off

Agoti looked curiously at tabi, who seemed to still be nervous, "are you okay dude-"
"Agoti I'm bisexual"

Agoti was shocked, and noticed tabi had turned his back to him, he walked over and hugged his friend from behind.

"That's super cool dude, I'll buy you one of those flags" agoti mumbled into tabi's shoulder. Tabi started to cry slightly, happy his friend was supportive, agoti realised his best friend was crying and looked up at him confused "why are you crying dude? Did I say something wrong?"
"No no, its just- nobody's ever reacted like that before...people were so horrible to me and I hated it" agoti frowned, the thought of people being hurtful to tabi like that pissed him off, he calmed himself and smiled at tabi.

"Well I'm not gonna be horrible to you considering I'm gay myself..."
