Five

I feel so much pain rushing through my body. I start tossing and turning.

I need to wake up.

"Z?" I hear a faint voice calling my name. "Z?" Beelzebub? Can I hear his voice?

Beel. I miss you so much. I need to see him. "Beel." I try calling for his name.

"Z. Yea, I'm here." I feel warmth wrap around my hand. I finally feel some strength in me to open my eyes. Slowly, I open them, seeing Beel in front of me. "Z. Thank goodness you're okay. I swear if something had happened to you." Beel starts crying.

I try to sit up but notice something weird about my stomach. "Beel." I feel my body trembling. "The baby. Is the baby okay?" I feel my eyes getting teary.

"Z. The baby...." Beel couldn't finish what he was saying. But I knew exactly what it meant.

"No. No, the baby, the baby is alright, right!" I yell at him.

Narrator

Beelzebub stands up and tries to comfort Z. Lucifer, Mammon, Belphegor, and Satan walk in when they hear Z's cries.

"The baby is alright, right?!" Z cries.

"My love. The baby didn't make it." Lucifer looks at her with a sorry look.

At that moment, Z cries as she has never cried before. The guys all huddle next to her and let her cry.

After a while, Z falls asleep. Beelzebub stays with her while the other guys leave to inform everyone else.

"How is she?" Diavolo quickly stands up when he sees the guys walk to the living room.

"Z didn't take it so well. She fell asleep crying. This isn't going to be easy." Lucifer tells everyone that was there. The Demon King, Aletheia, Diavolo, and the rest of the brothers. There are also some Gods from the other world that Satan and Z were in.

"It's our fault. We would have stopped Pathrano if we had known something was off about him ." Scorpio apologizes.

"It's alright. I think my Z knew but didn't want to say anything. She probably felt like it was something he needed to tell you." The Demon King smiles softly. "We need to find a way to get you, fellows, home." He smiles at the Gods.

Scorpio, Dui, Krioff, Teorus, and Aignonrus ended up in Devildom. They ran to help Z when they all got sucked into the portal.

"We should leave until we know she's okay. We'll have to let Leon and the King know what happened." Krioff spoke.

"I agree. Let us stay for a little." Scorpio bows.

"You know, you aren't like the Demon King in our world. You're much cooler." Teorus smiles, making the King laugh.

"Don't be rude." Dui elbows him.

Aletheia giggles softly, "I think Z would like everyone to act like usual. But, you know, she doesn't like when things get awkward." Aletheia pats the Demon King's shoulder softly.

Everyone nods. "This isn't going to be good." Mammon sits down.

"Yea. I have a bad feeling. Something horrible is going to happen." Belphegor sighs.

"Let's keep an eye on Z. We have to make sure she eats and rests well," Satan tells everyone.

Beelzebub comes out of Z's room. "I'm so hungry."

"I'll make you a hundred hamburgers." Aletheia stands up and heads to the kitchen.

After an hour or so, Beelzebub decides to go look after Z.

When he arrives at her room, Z isn't there. So Beelzebub runs out to let everyone know.

Z

I woke up after crying myself. It's all Pathrano fault I lost my baby.

It's because of him.

I felt burning anger build inside me.

I will kill him with my own two hands. Then, even if standing hurts, I get up and transform into my demon form. I don't know how I got sucked into that world, but one thing for sure is that Pathrano is the one I need to get to.

I flap my wings and lift from my bed. Closing my eyes, I think of Pathrano.

The killer of my child. I feel immense energy enclosing me.

I shoot toward the ceiling, and a portal opens up. Without thinking twice about it, I fly in.

Within seconds I am in another world. I step down onto the marble floor. "How did you get back?" I turn to the melodic voice speaking from behind me.

The Heavenly King rises from his throne and walks towards me. "My child, you're bleeding. Let's get you help." He tries to reach me, but I step back.

"Where is he?" I demand.

Leon and Hue walk in. "Z?" Hue runs up to me. "You're hurt."

"What happened to your baby?" Leon didn't bother being kind.

"What do you think?" I glare at him. "Where is he?"

"Don't worry. We'll take care of him," Leon smirks.

"Don't bother. Pathrano is mine." I close my eyes and sense him nearby. Then, I get my wings ready and dart toward him.

"Wait!" I left the shouts behind and went towards Pathrano.

When I get to Pathrano, I find him in a dungeon. "How pathetic." I look down at him.

"Z?" Pathrano stands up as he sees me. "You came back. I knew you would. You and I are destined to be together."

I laugh as I break the door open. I reach for Pathrano's neck, "Let's go home." I hiss.

I quickly teleport us to his castle in the demon realm. Still grabbing his neck, I tighten my grip around it.

"Z?" Pathrano looks at me in disbelief. "You're bleeding. I can heal you."

"Heal me. No, thanks. You can't heal what you already took from me." I give him a blank look.

I pick Pathrano up by his neck and fling him across the dead fields, letting him hit the castle walls. He hits the walls hard and drops to the dirt ground. Pathrano grunts as he stands up.

"What's wrong? Why are you like this? Didn't you come back because you love me?" Pathrano stumbles as he walks toward me.

"Why would I love you? You're nothing but a pathetic demon. I admired you but never loved you."

"You shouldn't expect it, either. I will never love the demon who killed my child." I grow out my talons and grab his neck. "I will love you if you die for me."
