"Welcome back to Chicago, Stefan" Klaus got out of the car. "What are we doing here?" Stefan proceeded to get out the car.

"I know how much you loved it here. Bringing back memories of the good old ripper days." Klaus smirked. All I could think about the second we got to Chicago was what happened the last time I was here... in the 20s. I also couldn't help but think of Rebekah. I missed her so much. She was like the sister I never had.

"Blacked out most of them. A lot of blood, a lot of partying. The details are all a blur." Stefan interrupted my thoughts.

"Well, that is a crying shame. The details are what makes it legendary." Klaus put an arm on Stefans shoulder.

Chicago 1920s

Emilia entered Gloria's Bar with a smirk. She knew tonight would be a great night. A night of dancing and fun.

"Emilia and I will go sit over at a booth while you do whatever it is you were going to do." Rebekah smirked at Niklaus and grabbed Emilia's hand dragging her to a booth to sit at.

Klaus, Emilia, and Rebekah were on the run from none other then Mikeal. They decided to enjoy the night out before they'd leave Chicago.

"I still cannot believe you and Nik are still friends after what happened with Katerina and your relationship." Rebekah called over a waitress to get champagne.

"Yeah well neither can I. Nik quickly forgave me after Katerina. I guess he was just happy Mikeal didnt find me." Emilia shrugged taking a sip of her drink.

"Why did you break up with my brother? I mean surly there had to be something horrible. you guys were the most in love couple I had ever seen." Rebekah raised a brow.

It had been a long time since Emilia and Nik's break up. She barely talked about it not wanting to relive any of it.

"Can we please not talk about Nik and I's relationship. Thats over now. It will never happen again. And for Katerina. She'll get what's coming to her over time." Emilia smirked.

Present

"Chicago was magical." Klaus interrupted my thoughts. I frowned thinking of Rebekah. I had pushed all the horrible memories of the 20s like Rebekah getting daggered and same for me. I pushed it back into something Elijah calls the red door.

"Yeah, well, I'll take your word for it. Like I said, I don't remember most of it." Stefan shrugged. "Ready to get down to business then?" Klaus looked at Stefan and then turned his eyes on me. He looked at me sympathetically knowing that the memories of his betrayal was coming back. But he quickly covered it with a stern face.

"Why am I still with you? I mean obviously Emilias here cause she's like your best friend or whatever but why me? We had our fun, yours and Emilias hybrids failed. I mean, don't you want to move on?"Stefan complained.

Yeah I tried to make a hybrid. Earlier when we hiking to find rays pack Klaus let me turn 1 just incase I wanted at least 1 hybrid and I agreed not wanting to argue but the same thing that happened to his hybrids happened to mine.

"We're going to see my favorite witch. If anyone can help us with our hybrid problem, it's her." Klaus smirked at Stefan while he rolled his eyes and I just sighed.
