1 month later
Saavi was eating her rice peacefully. With her elder sister Rachi who was 6 months pregnant with her first child. Her parents today were acting weird. Because, her mother for the first time didn't call her witch when she made faces at the food. And well her dad was the same, weird as usual.
Her mother glared at her father. Her father looked at her questioningly. Her mother glared at him.
"The boy? Why did I even marry you?" she muttered rolling her eyes.
Her father winked at her saying"Because I blinded your eyesight by my handsomeness" smugly smiling. Her mother scoffed
"Handsome? My street's dog was more handsome and FYI I hate those little bastards"
"Come to the point, Bayko! "
(Wifey! )
"Bhosalencha mulga! Udya yenar Te baghayla! "
(Bhosale's Son! They are gonna come to see her tomorrow)
They were yet to tell Saavi. Who was done with her food and was holding a glass of water. Her father went and stood beside. She turned around sensing him.
"What baba? "
"Betu, there's a boy coming to see you tomorrow--- "
"WHAT?!! "
"Saavi, the boy is an engineer. He is very humble. His family has a nice background too. Think about it baby"
"Dad does he love animals, does he have pets, is he at least vegan?" she asked as she threw the remaining water from her glass.
"Aye! Madam half of the world's population doesn't even know what Vegan is? This way you'll die single " Rachi said
"I'll like that Rachi. You are married and you're carrying a human child. So, why don't you shut up?" Saavi asked rolling her eyes
"Exactly, I am married and have had sex, that's why I am telling you to get married ands have sex! Because it's amazing!"
"Girl, I don't need to get married to have sex! That I can have now too"
" I highly doubt that! With a angry face and shitty rules about being vegeatarian No boy will want it"
"You----"
Before Saavi could complete her sentence. Rachi went away due to feeling nauseous and started puking in the bathroom.
"How many months she's gonna puke? Our bathroom stinks!" Saavi said making faces but continued looking towards the bathroom. She can't stand seeing someone puke that's why she didn't go to help her. Listening to her comment her father chuckled. They both have always been like Tom and Jerry. Passing sarcastic remarks, saying something to make other one piss off, fighting like enemies but, they always stood by each other in their lows. Supporting, caring for each other.
"This kid here is a devil" Rachi said wiping her mouth.
"Shut up it's you who's a devil, not the little human"
"Ohh is it? Just wait till it comes out! You are the one who's gonna change it's diaper" Rachi said with a fake smile.
"Wait a sec, this isn't fair, You always get easy and nice parts but I always get the harder and nasty ones"
"Is it? Pushing it out of my damn vagina is the hardest thing I think"
"You----"
"STOP! Saavi betu we need to talk!" Her father dragged Saavi in her bedroom. While Rachi pissed her off by sticking her tongue out and Saavi rolled eyes at her childish behaviour.

Satya was sitting on the dinning table with his family having the dinner his grandma made.
"Umah! Granny I swear the chicken is too good. Grandpas will die to marry you. "
"Satya, you are talking about her second marriage, here your first marriage hasn't happened yet. Listen we are going to see a girl tomorrow she is a vet and we think you guys are good match"
"Wait- does she use cycle? Does she uses 5 litre water or at least is she concerned about climate change? "
"Satya what questions are these? You should ask how she looks " His grandma said rolling her eyes at his environment questions. He is selecting a girl for marriage not appointing another person for his "Save Environment" Campaign.
"I wish I had ask that about your son" His mother said scrunching her nose.
"Hey my boy looks good, okay? and even if he doesn't at least you have good sex"
"What?"
"Your screams are quite loud at 4 in the morning" His mother looked away embarrassed. But then looked up at his grandma with a confused face.
" Why were you awake at 4 in the morning?"
"To chant God's name" She said shrugging.
"In 4 at morning?"
"Is there any time to do so?" She asked cockily and his mother shook her head.
"Joshi Aajoba?" Satya mouthed to his grandma and she nodded smiling playfully.
(Grandpa)
"Okay, so Satya be ready for tomorrow"
"But maa---"
"No, buts and no ifs, be ready to see her, you've my swear on you" she said and went away leaving Satya frustrated.
" At least, she is hot and sexy" His grandma said winking at him and he smiled shaking his head. She then got up and walked towards the door.
"Where?" Satya asked looking at the clock. It was late in night.
"JOSHI!" she yelled walking away. He smiled at her antics. At her age she was the most young-hearted in his house.
He picked up his plate and washed it with two glass water. Then, turning off the tap he went towards his room. He switched on the AC and laid on the bed. Closing his eyes with a last thought
"Let's meet Ms. Sexy Vet and Hot arrange marriage nominee"

"What did you want to talk ?" Saavi asked her father sitting on the bed making herself comfortable.
"I know, you don't want to marry, but your mother likes him a lot. He is not vegan...but, he is vegetarian and non-alcoholic. At least meet him"
"But---"
"I am not asking you to marry him. I just want you to meet him. Just for your mother. Please?"
"Okay" Saavi said sighing and her father kissed her forehead wishing her night and went away to give her some time. Her sister came in hugged her.
"Marriage is not that bad. Think about it Saavi" then, she fell asleep in her embrace. Saavi too closed her eyes thinking
"Let's meet Mr. Humble Non-Alcoholic Vegetarian Engineer"
