Chapter 23

Ivy pov

Today is Father's Day and I'm so excited for Dominic to get his present from me and the kids 

I have been so pumped up about it, I couldn't even sleep last night

I carefully get out of bed and walk to Skylar's room smiling like an idiot, I open her door carefully "Skylar, baby get up" I say shaking her lightly. She groans "mommy let me sleep" she pushes my hand away and I chuckle "no it's Father's Day sweetie come on, we have to give daddy his gift" she instantly gets up and gives me a bright smile

I let Elio sleep because he was up all night last night

I grab the cards and balloons and a couple of gifts that I brought the week before

"Wake him up" I tell Skylar excitedly and she jumps on him bouncing and says "daddy daddy wake up!" He jolts up "What happened?!"

Skylar starts laughing and says "its Father's Day daddy" He looks at her confused, he's still half asleep "What?"

"Happy Father's Day Dominic" I say excitedly and he rubs his eyes and smiles "Thank you" Skylar snatches the gifts from my hand and shoves it in Dominic's Face

I suck my teeth and Dominic says "thank you baby" He kisses her cheek and she giggles "thank you mama" He says smiling at me and kisses my lip softly and I smile

"Don't open your gifts yet, open it at the brunch my mom is hosting tonight" I say snatching the gifts from him

I go to walk away and he slaps my butt, I roll my eyes "Be ready by 12, come on bean" I say and Skylar comes running behind me

I drove to my parents house because today is Dominic's day and I want to do all the work today

He grabs Skylar and Elio. I grab the gifts, I see a lot of cars picked in the drive way and I roll my eyes

This is supposed to be close family only

I groan when I see a familiar car and try to get in the door quickly before she can say anything to me

"Hey cousin!" I hear and internally groan at her voice

"Hi Jasmine" I say giving a fake smile and she smiles and walks over to me "What are you doing here?" I ask her because last I checked her dad was in jail and so was her baby's father

"Your mom invited me" she says and I nod my head and turn around to walk in the house "You need help?" I shake my head no and I walk away quickly not really wanting to talk to her anymore

I walk in the house and see Dominic and my dad and Demetri talking and Elio is in Dominic's arms

Skylar is with my mom and Shelly, not really surprised Dominic's parents are here

Me and Shelly really haven't talked and i honestly don't plan on it either

I say hello to everyone and go put his gifts in my old room

I really hope he likes his gifts

I hear Elio crying downstairs already knowing why, he's just a little hungry

I walk downstairs and see everyone crowding around him trying to calm him down but I also see Jasmine with her phone out and I eye her suspiciously

We've been doing good keeping him out of public eye, hell they still think I'm pregnant and I'm due any day now

"Don't take pictures of my baby" I say to Jasmine and she completely ignores me and walks away

"What's wrong mommy's baby" I pick him up and he's still fussing, I pat his back a little and walk away from everyone and up the stairs

I don't give him formula, hell Skylar didn't even drink formula

I sigh and sit on the bed "ok papa hold on" he must be really hungry because at this point he's screaming

I pull my boob out and put my nipple in his mouth and he finally starts to quiet down

I lean back on my headboard and watch Elio

I smile when he's done because he's half asleep now, I chuckle as I tuck my boob back into my bra

I burp him and lay him down on the bed. I place pillows around him so he doesn't hit the floor

I silently walk away and shut the door

"So what did i miss" I say when I hit the last step, I look around and see no Jasmine

"Nothing we're about to eat" Shelly says smiling at me and I nod and sit down next to Dominic

Everybody's is eating and laughing just enjoying the day and I am honestly say this is the best I've felt in a while

"Sooo I got you a gift" I say excitedly and Dominic chuckles "You didn't have to get me anything Ivy" he says and I wave him off and go get his gifts

I wonder where Jasmine went

I drop his 2 bags in front of him and I smile "Open them" I say pushing the bags to him more

He chuckles and reaches for a bag "no not that one" I snatch it and place the other bag in front of him

He sighs and opens the gift and his eyes go wide "Ivy... baby you shouldn't have" He takes out the sliver Rolex I got him

"You like it?" I ask tilting my head and he grabs me and pulls me into a hug "I love it baby"

I giggle "ok ok now the next gift" I say pulling away from him

He goes into the next bag and pulls out a box and looks at me weirdly "Open the box" I say in a duh tone

He opens the box and he says "Ivy" I smile knowing that he's shocked

"What is it?" My dad asks and Dominic pulls out our plane tickets "We're going to Greece!" I yell and everyone looks at me with shocked faces

He gets up and pulls me into him and kisses me "thank you baby" he whispers on my lips and I smile "your welcome"

My dad clears his throat and Dominic pulls away from me "happy Father's Day" I say to everyone

We sit back down and Dominic places his hand on my thigh

He wants some

Gifts start to get passed around and everyone is smiling and laughing

Then Jasmine walks down "ok bye guys" she hurriedly walks out the house and I give my mom a confused look "I thought she left" I say and my mom says "she told me she was tired and was going to take a nap in the guest room"

I instantly get up and Dominic follows me closely

I open my old bedroom door and Elio is up but he's laying on his back and fully up and is just making noises

I smile at him "hi baby" I kiss his forehead and say "if that bitch took your picture I'm going to fuck her up" I say smiling and Dominic taps my thigh

I roll my eyes ignoring him

She better not leak his pictures
