Karl walked in his house from a long day of helping tubbo and ranboo with the mansion(did i spell that right?). Karl walked in and opened the door to see sapnap and george. But what most shocked him was that sapnap was kissing george. Sapnap had cheated on him with his own best friend that helped him with his own kingdom. His heart was broken but he didnt feel sad or angry. He felt nothing. "What the fuck.." Karl said in a shakey voice. "What the fuck are you doing here you weren't supposed to be here till later?!" Sapnap said trying to cover up what he had just done. "I finished helping ranboo and tubbo..." Karl said but this time he sounded numb, and with no emotion. "Karl I cant explai-" sapnap was cut off by the brunette yelling at him. "YOU CHEATED ON ME WITH MY FUCKING BEST FRIEND OF ALL PEOPLE WHAT ABOUT OUR WEDDING VOWELS?!" Karl said with tears running down his cheeks. "Karl Im sorry..." George mumbled. "We're over..." Karl said in a mad tone and took off the ring sapnap gave him. "Karl..." Sapnap said regretting what he did. Karl stormed off to dreams house with tears streaming down his face.

Dreams pov:

I was relaxing on the couch with patches when I heard a knock on my door. Who could be knocking this late?
I opened the door to see karl. He was crying. I could tell he was in pain. When he calmed down a bit he said something that caught me off guard then again i couldn't really hear him from his tears him trying to calm himself down. I walk him to the couch and sit him down. I went to the kitchen to get him water and by the time i turn around patches was next to him comforting him karl was scratching her head. He looked so peaceful yet I always thought he was happy and didnt care what happened from the past wars but this time he was sad and heartbroken. I walked up to him and sat down next to him giving him water. He drank some I couldn't help but notice his lips. They were a pink rosy color. The way they curled around the border of the glass so perfectly. They looked soft. I snapped out of it.

Karls pov:

I took a drink of water and I noticed dream kept looking at me. "Now tell me what happened karl" he said. I was hesitant to say what happened but I had to say it. "Sapnap cheated on me..." I said I could feel myself about to burst into tears but I tried to stop myself. "Who did he cheat on you with" he said in a soft tone. I could tell him it was george because i know he would break and probably yell. I felt a hand on my cheek. "You can tell me karl" he sounded so peaceful despite he was always screaming and all but he was a different person. "It was george..." I was preparing myself for him to yell. Instead he was hugging me. I was speechless and I felt myself feeling something. Was I in love with my ex's best friend?

Dreams pov:

I could tell karl was heartbroken. I kinda liked him in my arms. "Dream" karl said lifting his head up to face me.
"Yes karl" i said with a soft tone. I saw karl going slightly red. "Can I stay here for now I dont wanna go back there" karl said in a quite sad tone. "Of course you can karl" I said by his reaction he was shocked I agreed on letting him stay.

A couple weeks later

Dream and karl got a lot closer and began to gain feelings for each other. Then one day something happened.

Dreams pov:

Ive spent most of my time with karl and today was the day i would ask him something. I felt my hand being pulled by karl and he opened a door. "Hi karl and dream" a familiar voice called out. It was tubbo with ranboo. I see a figure behind tubbo its tommy. I walk towards tommy while karl with tubbo and ranboo talking about ideas for the mansion. "I heard what happened to karl" tommy whispered to me. "I knew sap was bad from the beginning" he said. "So you heard uh" I said to him. He just looked at me and nodded. "So you and karl been very close lately" he says. I feel my cheeks getting red. "W-what d-do y-you m-mean?" I say. Fuck does he know I thought. "Listen if you wanna ask him out go ahead i could set you both up together" he said teasing me. "Tommy I understand your trying to help but what do you want really" I knew what he was up to. Hes only like this when he wants something. "Fine. I'll tell you" he said. "If you two get together could you guys yk take me in?" He said in a sad tone of voice. I can tell he wanted me and karl to adopt him since phil never payed attention to him. "Well Karls been thinking about it" i said smiling. He smiled.

Later that night

Karls pov:

Me and dream got home and he sat down on the couch watching movies. "Hey karl" dream said. I looked at him and responded. "Yeah dream". "We've been getting closer" he said. I was confused. "Yeah?" He just looked at me. He was getting closer to my face inch by inch. "Would you be my boyfriend" he said. I felt my face become red. He placed his hand on my cheek. I leaned in and kissed him.

Dreams pov:

Karl pressed his lips on mine. They were soft. I pull away so he could catch his breath. "I love you dream" he said. I kissed him on his forehead. "Love you too bub".
