Mr aizawa : you can once use your flames, after a few minutes stop using you're flames and then use you're telekinesis for a few minutes. Just like todoroki. But whatever way you do it don't stop your healing, because you lake the training in healing.

1 hour later....
I don't really know for how long I've been training but I can feel that I'm losing all of my energy because of healing this dummy continuously. Man i didnt expect it to be this hard....it was afternoon when Mr aizawa said that it's time for lunch I could barely walk, while I made my way toward the others I was stumbling all of my steps... Well that is until I saw shot.
