The three girls realized they had lost the two vigilantes and finally slowed down to a halt. "It just dawned on me that we just ran away from 2 of the hottest guys in Gotham", Chloe huffed. The two bluenettes turned and glared at her. Apparently, they were more sour about what had occurred last 2 years than Chloe.
To be clear, last 2 years,
the miraculous team was gathered in their secret meeting place in the quiet part of town. Ladybug, Princess Abeille, Vouivre, Serpent and Protecteur sat quietly as LB started explaining their reason for meeting one again. Chat Noir had not shown up as he was 'busy'.
''As you all know, we've been trying to get ahold of Hawkmoth's identity and I may have a lead but I do not have the resources to clarify so after a lot of research I have seen another team with the resources to help us so, today we are all gathered here as I am going to make a call to them. To be clear I am speaking of the Justice League. It is team made of both superheroes and vigilantes. There may be one or two of them who have wielded a miraculous before but besides that let's phone." Ladybug said as she picked up the team phone. She dialed the number she had received on the internet and placed it on the table which they were all seated around. The phone rang for about seconds or more before a adult male voice drawled out from from the other end of the phone. ''Hello? you are speaking to Green Lantern of the Justice league. What can I do for you?'' Ladybug took a deep breath before speaking coolly into the phone, ''Hello Mr. Lantern I am Ladybug from the Miraculous team in Paris and I am calling to seek for your help in uncovering the identity of a terrorist with magical powers which he uses to turn innocent victims into akumas for his own selfish needs. His name is Hawkmoth and we've been fighting for the past 2 years. So, will you help us please?'' There was silence before Green Lantern burst into loud laughter. Vouivre's expression became dark and ugly, Abeille stared at the phone in disbelief, Protecteur glared at the phone hard while Serpent cursed the man which was thankfully drowned out by said man's laughter. Ladybug looked lifeless and the was what worried her teammates. Vouivre tried shaking her but it had no effect on her the other called out her name many times, even her civilian name. Lantern sobered up and said, still on the verge of laughter, ''Listen kid if you want to fool me come up with something better than those hakuna matatas or katanas or whatever you made up and stop wasting my goddamn time!'' Vouivre cursed the man out in chinese with such vile words that even Serpent who had been cursing not too long ago slapped a hand on her mouth. Green Lantern briefly ended the call.
That night the miraculous team went home with new found hatred in their souls.
The girls had gone back to the store to their shopping. It had gotten late and was dark so the trio decided to take a shortcut through a secluded part of town. They turned into an alley way when 5 thugs jumped down completely surrounding them. Marinette racked her brains and realized that if she took the on directly they would spread word to other criminals and they would become targets for them. She had only had one option left...
Marinette closed her eyes and started singing the song. Her 2 companions realized what she was doing and stepped back.
She began to glow and as the glow died down around her and spread toward the thugs who started to feel sleepy. In Marinette's place was a literal goddess. She checked if they were out cold and erased their memories before de-transforming.

10 buildings away Nightwing and Red Hood had spotted the glow and informed the others they were going to check it out.
