News of the wealthy gentleman Travis Valkrum's arrival at Phoenix Drop had caused excitement to arise around town. A couple who were also included in that large group of excited people, Mr. and Mrs. Phoenix, decided to throw a ball in celebration of Travis's arrival with the hopes of introducing their five single daughters to him. Travis's heart was stolen by the oldest Phoenix daughter, Katelyn.

There was also another man attending the ball who'd gotten the attention of many with his pride and distant personality. He was no other than Travis's best friend, Aaron Lycan. Aaron and the most lively and daring Phoenix, Aphmau had gotten off on the wrong foot because of a rude comment Aaron had made about her.

But in time, this relationship shaped by pride and prejudice will start going down a different path..

This is an Aarmau AU based off of the book Jane Austen wrote under the alias of 'By A Lady' because of the mistreatment towards female authors at that time, Pride and Prejudice. The magnificent classic has had a reputation all around the world and has had many movies made for it ever since it came out in 1813. It is my absolute favorite classic and one of my favorites of all time. I definitely recommend both the book and my favorite one out of all the P&P movies, the one directed by Joe Wright that came out in 2005. The movie is on Netflix for anyone who wants to watch it.

Hey everyone! This is yet another one of my surprises for @SmolPeggy 's bitchday! But even though it's a gift, it's been something that I've been wanting to make for a long time. This might be one of my favorite projects since Pride and Prejudice is one of my all time favorites like I mentioned above. I hope you all like the prologue and are excited for what's to come!
