Last night I was restless I wrapped the comforter around me and peeped into di's room
Anu di: not getting any sleep? "How you knew it was me"
I opened her door completely and stood on the door frame she tapped the space beside her gesturing me to sleep
Anu di: you always used to come to me after those nightmares wrapped around the comforter remember?
"Do you want me to cry?"
I saw darsh and devansh from the mirror peeping I gestured di to look we both laughed
Anu di: get in dumbos
They too joined us
"You remember when we used to play with the kitchen set how you used to prepare tea for us in the toy set aanu di"
They laughed
Devansh: why I don't remember? Darsh: cause you weren't born it was Me,anu di and divi di's childhood dumb head "The dumbest calling someone dumb"
We laughed and this is how we slept cuddling eachother reminiscing the past it felt like it was just a second since we slept and I can hear mom yelling at us to wake up
Mom: stop with your photography and help me wake these pigs up
Mom yelled probably at dad
Dad: they're sleeping so peacefully Mom: it's not time to get emotional they seriously need to wake up we need to start the prayers Mom: last time I'm warning y'all if you don't wake up now I'll pour the whole bucket of cold water
We all instantly woke up
Mom: I should have given that warning early now get ready fast we have to offer prayers and darsh stop using your phone you just woke up and you're at it Darsh: dad you posted our pic on insta that too of sleeping Me and di: WHAT OMG NO
Darsh: dad this is not fair you even have anu di and divi di as your profile picture Dad: so what I love my daughters
He kissed on both of ours foreheads lovingly, we gave him a smile Di started crying and I also had tears in my eyes everyone did
Darsh: we still have a lot of time for vidai save some tears for it too
He "tried" to soothe off the atmosphere but his voice broke at the end of the sentence didi engulfed us in a hug and we all did a family hug
Devansh: now our family is complete
We all smiled wiping off eachothers tears
Me: GOD I MISSED THIS Di: GOD I'LL MISS THIS
We said at same time and burst into laughter

We laughed then got ready and went downstairs for the prayers
