It feels just yesterday when I was announced as the CEO infront of the whole world and here I am standing infront of the glass admiring the view from my office it's been 4 years already Mom has been pressuring me to come back since a very long time and this time I know there's no turning back and talking about her she called me again I sighed and picked up

*on call*

"You see mom your daughter is the CEO now don't expect her to be free always"
Mom: let's see who'll interrupt me talking to my daughter

I laughed

"I know what you're going to say,I have some few final meetings to be wrapped up I'll ask my secretary to book tomorrow's earliest tickets ok?"
Mom: yay finally after so much efforts
"I'll ask my secretary to send you flight details see you soon I have a meeting now"

I hanged up it was a hectic day for me I had to finish all the work in one day I still have to pack I whined as I entered my house it was a complete different sight

Advay: come have dinner
"I still have to pack"

I irritatingly said

Advay: you underestimate me my love
"OMG YOU PACKED IT FOR ME"

He nodded I gave him a hug he pulled out a chair for me and made me sit and have dinner

"How Mr Singhania came early today"
Advay: I won't be able to come with you so have to compensate for my leave

We both laughed we showered in our particular rooms and then he came to my room and we slept cuddling

In the morning I woke up had breakfast then advay dropped me to the airport with lots and lots of don't do this do that's

I was finally half way through my journey mom said she'll send someone to pick me up I slept for the other half of the journey

I woke up with the landing instructions you see I've finally went with the therapy after a lot of persuading by advay and all i can say I'm all good now with no fears at all,it took 20 minutes to get my luggage and I was standing outside waiting for whoever mom has sent it's already been 30 minutes I was getting restless for sure mom has send aditya and he being he why would he pick me up getting frustrated I was going to hail a cab when I heard someone calling for me I turned and saw rohan

Rohan: when you came? and why are you here alone? is some one here to pick you up?
"Too many questions Roo mom has send someone and that particular dumbass didn't came still so i was thinking of taking a cab"
Rohan: come let's go I'll take you I was here to drop one of my friend
"Thank you my saviour"

I cried dramatically he laughed and asked me to give my luggage which he'd now put in the trunk and opened the door for me

"Kid learning to become a gentleman I see"

He laughed

Rohan: kid you say..

We reached home in half an hour and rohan again helped me with the luggage while talking

Rohan: we should go visit our grandfather's school what say?
"I was thinking the same actually"

walking towards the entrance

Rohan: I'll take my leave here then
"Nooo come inside please"
Rohan: duty calls,dadu gave some work and you very well know how persistent he is

I nodded and we laughed

"Tell dadu i miss him and I'll visit him"
Rohan: yeah sure will do bye then
"Thanks again"

we hugged eachother and I knocked on the big entrance door will they even be able to hear?I didn't find any staff outside so I myself knocked and one of the servant did opened it and called my parents

Mom: finally you're here!!!!!

She squealed

Dad asked one the servant to take my luggage and we sat in the living room
I saw ananya di entering the living room she was coming to hug me I hugged her

"AND WHERE IS MY LITTLE PRINCE"
Anu di: you're excited to meet him more than me

She sulked my sister gave birth to a baby boy,ahaan who's now 4 years old I missed his whole childhood but I often used to see him on video calls and we got along too well when di and jiju came for vacation to New York,soon I saw a small kid running to me with his open arms I rushed to him and took him in my arms

Ahaan: didsss I missed youuu

He said cutely

"Awie my baby I missed you too come let's go see what chocies your dids brought for you"

He squealed and was doing his happy dance

Anu di: no one's going anywhere we're first gonna have healthy food
Ahaan: yes I'll show dids how big boy I am to eat healthy food

I chuckled di tried taking ahaan from my hold but he didn't bulged

Mom: let them be he just met her after a long time

They all chuckled we went towards the dining table

"Where are you monkey mamu's baby?"
Ahaan: they're out

He said busy in finishing his food

Anu di: where's aditya?
"How would i know"

I said while eating

Mom: wasn't he the one who picked you up
"Rohan dropped me here I waited 30 mins there no one came I was going to hail a cab and coincidentally Rohan was there to drop one of his friends so he dropped me"
Dad: and here i was thinking you're late because you both love birds are spending some time together
Mom: it must have slipped from his mind

I nodded very well knowing that wasn't the reason

Dad: so when do you want to join your office?
"I'll get bored anyways so I'll join tomorrow,also Dad in the evening I'll go and meet adarsh dadu(rohan's grandfather)"
Dad: sure!

In the evening I got ready into this

I called rohan to inform him so he'll come home early i went in my car to dadu's house

getting engulfed in a hug I missed this warmth I used to spend a lot of time with him in my childhood my grandfather used to bring me with him to his hospitals and adarsh dadu was baba's bestest friend since school they used to work in the same hospital adarsh dadu then brought rohan one day and since then we used to play a lot while both of grandfather's checks their patients

Dadu: look who remembered this old man

Some tears flowed down my cheeks
He hugged me and caressed my back

Dadu: there there beta

He wiped few tears those were flowing from my eyes

Dadu: let's go inside I've asked to prepare all your favourites
"That rohan told you about my surprise right"

He shrugged

"I'm not gonna say he did and also not gonna say he didn't"

We both laughed together
