The Four Seasons Troupe is a sub-troupe under Mankai Company. They have four female members and each comes from their respective main sub-troupes which are Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. The members made their lead debuts in 2019.

An experienced theatre practitioner with a quiet history. She counters the stillness with her wittiness and is expressive once she comfortable with her surroundings. Majored in Scenography, she is a jack of all trades and a fan of anything colourful but on herself, she prefers black or darker shades of colour.
Her lead debut play is Spring Troupe's 'Spellbind' as Aria – a sweet peasant girl who enters a brand new world on her wedding day in confusion.
She is Mankai Company's Troupe Manager (Matsukawa's assistant).

An active high school girl with a boyish appearance. She is known to have an insane amount of energy and always on her feet. She is a member of the stride team club in her school and works passionately to gain recognition. The youngest member among Four Seasons Troupe.
Her lead debut play is Summer Troupe's 'Imperfectly Stuffed!' as Stitches – a strong-willed plaid stitched doll that longs to belong to a family.
She formerly volunteered as Mankai Company's Usher before becoming an actor in the company full-time.

An honest straight-forward girl who does kendo as a career. Growing up with a family that is not tied by blood, she learned to protect herself from tedious fights through martial arts. Despite her rough nature, she likes watching fantasy animated movies on her free time.
Her lead debut play is Autumn Troupe's 'Dark Eclipse' as Takei Nana – an orphan adopted by Dark Solstice who is an excellent field agent in the agency.
She is Mankai Company's Stunt Choreographer and Advisor (on Yuzo's behalf).

An aspiring music producer and future president of Starlight Music Agency. She is soft spoken and often feels insecure after her relationship with her boyfriend ended. The break sparks an unknown side of hers and she grown comfortable leading a dual-personas lifestyle.
Her lead debut play is Winter Troupe's 'Memory Island' as Oyama Kou – a radio DJ at Smile Networks who had her memory wiped in order to continue her life normally.
She is Mankai Company's Music Director.
