They are beautiful, Seiji. How did you manage to get a miniature sakura tree in Tokyo?
Seiji (Itaru)
Well, I got help from someone. Oh, since it's summer, I got us this.
Chiharu
Wah, tickets to the floating lantern festival! How did you know that I've wanted to attend one?
Seiji
Lucky guess at the park's fountain.
Chiharu
You never came off as someone that relies on luck, Seiji.
Seiji
Never did but people change. [Smiles awkwardly]
Narrator
Aria happily claps her hands as she looks at the couple inside Chiharu's classroom. School hours had ended and just in time for Seiji to follow Aria's suggestion. Seeing that she feels like intruding their moment, Aria takes her leave.
Her life becomes still once again. Even with a crowd of people around her, she senses the loneliness on a new level. Her legs bring her back to the park which she ran around with Seiji.
Aria (Ayaka)

Seiji
Aria, I knew I can find you here.
Aria
Aren't you supposed to be with Chiharu?
Seiji
Yeah, I know but I want to say thank you. You're a miracle worker.
Aria
I only did what I would do back in Navillera.
Seiji
Hey, in return, I'll help you to return home.
Aria
Really?
Seiji
It's what you wanted, right?
Aria
