BEACON, Library
-----------------------------------------------It was quiet in the library. Not in an eerie sense, but in a rather more peaceful sense. Aside from the whispered conversations and echoing footsteps, it was stimulating. But this sort of feeling felt unfamiliar to Weiss.
Her visits to the academy's athenaeum would usually involve her team, which would often result in no toleration to the rules, with loud yelling and obnoxious screaming. It was also often the librarian would threaten to kick them out if they weren't quiet. Sure enough, the teacher stuck to her promise, kicking out the team for the day. This was a common occurrence during their first few visits to the library. But when they played their board game in the middle of studying, it was apparent she gave up, leaving the students to continue their shenanigans.
But to be alone in the library, with no one distracting her or asking for her help, was almost euphoric. It was a feeling she had to get used to again.
Blake was with her earlier, both studying for an upcoming project in one of their classes. She read every single book quickly, as if she skimmed through the pages without hesitation. Afterwards, she waited for her teammate to finish her study, taking a novel from one of the shelves to past the spare time.
If she had the same speed as her teammate, their study session would be over quick. But then again, what's the rush? She wanted to enjoy this moment to herself while it lasted.
"Weiss!"
Well, it was a good half hour while it lasted.
The heiress looked up from her book to see (F/N) entering the library. It was unusual to see him without Yang, with the two participating in their childish game that never ceased. She found it odd to see him alone but unless he was on another challenge set by her teammate, then it made sense.
"What is it, (F/N)? Can't you see I'm trying to study?" She said in her usual sternly tone.
"Um..I have to..." He dragged off, glancing at the side of her to see if anyone else was watching them, maybe a certain blonde came by to witness her greatest win. Luckily, there was no sign of golden hair peeping out of the shelves or anyone else, save for Blake. But Blake knew how to keep a secret, and (F/N) trusted her in keeping what he was about to do between themselves.
"Well?" Weiss asked. She wasn't going to wait for long, especially if he was going to continue with Yang's dare.
(F/N) knew Yang put him in a predicament, one he couldn't get out of. He tried to carefully word out his intentions, but without trying to infuriate her which he was beginning to.
After an awkward stare off between them, Weiss decided he wasted enough of her time and broke off the odd contest.
"If you don't want to tell me, then that's fine. Just don't bother me while I'm working." She replied coldly before returning to her book.
Knowing he was going to miss his opportunity, he unknowingly grabbed her head and pulled her close, making their foreheads touch against each other as heat rose up to their faces.
"I'm sorry about this..." He muttered under his breath before smashing his lips against hers.
Weiss went wide eyed in surprise, shocked as the boy in front of her roughly kissed her. Her shock lasted for a few second before melting into the kiss, reciprocating the gesture, dropping the pencil in her hand before wrapping her arms around him. In return, (F/N) brought one arm around her waist and the other to the back of her head, deepening the kiss.
Both were in a heated make out session, oblivious to those that watched. But most notably Blake, who sat across the room also in disbelief as she watched the two make out.
Their session lasted for a few seconds, shortly before (F/N) breaking off the connection between them. Both of them were breathing heavily, due to the intensity of their kiss and for some much needed air, damn oxygen.
And unexpectedly, (F/N) sprinted out of the library and into the hallways, apologizing from the frame of the entrance before tailing it. Weiss only had a few seconds to process what had happened before changing her expression from dazed into annoyance. She pulled out Myrtenaster from her side, her face red from anger and flushed from what had transpired earlier.
She wasn't going to let him get away from her that easily, not after the stunt he pulled.
"(F/N) (L/N), you get back here right now!" The Ice Queen yelled out as she pursued him into the hallways of the academy.
"I'm sorry!"
The End
----------------------------------------------Bonus Ending:
Meanwhile, while Weiss continued to chase (F/N), Yang and Jake were in the middle of an argument between them.
"Come on Yang! It's practically knowledge that Night Owl's gonna dominate Ultraman!"
"But Ultraman's super strong and he doesn't need any tools to help him win in a fight. All he needs are.... these guns!" She emphasized the last two words as she flexed her muscles to prove her point.
"And besides," she continued, "Night Owl's basically a guy in an owl mask. He can't kill the world's most strongest superhero!"
"But Night Owl has a wide variety of weapons and gadgets to make him succeed in his fight against Ultraman. And Ultraman has one weakness which could be used in their fight."
"Unless Night Owl has the crystal in that belt of his, Ultraman's indestructible."
Just as Jake opened his mouth to argue against Yang's claim, they were stopped as a flash of (F/C) ran past them.
"I'm sorry Weiss! Yang told me to!" (F/N) apologized for the umpteenth time, slowing down to talk but quicken his pace again as a certain Huntress in white sped down the hall, with her rapier in tow.
"That display of affection was not very proper and formal as it should be! You need to do it again!"
...
....
.....
"... so you did it?"
"Yep."
"And they're together?"
"You could say that."
"... wow. I never thought you could do it."
"Well, let's just say it was time for (F/N) to.... Weiss up!"
Ba-dum-tiss!
"God damn it, Yang!"

The End, for real.
