Four days!
It's been four days we stopped talking. It's been four days Shruti is ignoring me. It's been four days I can't share how my day went.
Why did we even stop talking?
Because of Shruti!
On Tuesday morning, she started a petty fight, not me. And, after a tiring day, when I drove to her firm to pick her up, I heard that she had already left. Great!
I'm her husband, not her driver. If she had to leave early, she should've atleast informed me. Our workplaces are in opposite directions. I mean, it could've saved fuel if she told me beforehand!
Once, ma found us using different cars and questioned us. In the answer, she stated that our offices are in opposite directions and it would cause a huge problem to me and my schedule.
I mean, when did I even complain about this issue? It's not even an issue for me. I'm more than happy to accompany my wife!
But, we can't go on like this for the rest of our life. We need to find a solution. I'm not going to say sorry! She started it and she's the one who should apologize first.
What should I even do?!
Picking up my phone, I called Ansh. Maybe, he could help me. He's more experienced in these matters as compared to me. Handling a moody Radhika is not a small deal!
"Hello!"
"Where are you?"
"I'm at my place, having some personal time with my wife until you called." He replied in a straight tone, which clearly told how pissed off he was. "What do you want?"
I guess I shouldn't have called him!
"I have a friend who had a fight with his wife. So, what should he do?"
"Simple. Tell him to say sorry."
"Isn't there any other solution?"
"I guess not. Moreover, apologizing doesn't make you smaller. Go for it."
"Hmm."
"Rishi bhai, you had a fight with Shruti?" I heard Radhika exclaiming.
