Julchen rolled around and rubbed her eyes before slowly opening them. She jumped back when she saw the shirtless Prussian sleeping soundly next to her. 'Did we... No. D... Did we?' She thought to herself before sitting up. As she did Gilbert stirred and scooted closer to her, still in his sleep.
Julchen smiled and placed a hand on his head. 'Vhy are you so cute?' She thought. Just like he had heard her he opened his eyes and looked at her. And by her... Her boobs which were only being covered by a bra.
"Oh... Bo....boobies" he mumbled in a quiet voice that no one would've through was his. "Zhey're awesome ja?" Julchen asked jokingly as she hopped out of bed, grabbed a shirt off the floor that was Gilbert's and ran out the room.
"Oi!" Gilbert yelled after her jumping out of bed and very clumsily ran out the room.
Julchen sat on a stool in the kitchen shrugging Gilbert's shirt on her as Francis just finished doing one of his signature 'Ohonhonhon' laughs and turning back to the breakfast he was making.
Gilbert sneaked up behind the girl and then abruptly pushed his hands down into her shoulders. She let out a yelp and almost jumped out of the stool. She turned around to the Prussian at first horrified, then pissed off. "I'll get you for that" she said. Gilbert smirked and kissed her forehead. "Sure you vill Frau." He mumbled taking out two beers from the fridge.
He tossed one over to Julchen, who caught it easily with one hand. He sat down next to her and they both opened the beers at the same time. They clinked their beers together before drinking it all down.
"Drinking this early is bad for you." Francis said turning the stove off. "Sucks" the Prussians said finishing their beers before high fiveing. "Zhat vas awesome!" Julchen said. "Ja. But not awesomer zen zee awesome me!" Gilbert said proudly before laughing.
They drank in silence for a good few minutes before Julchen remembered the book she had found. "Oh! I found something that you need to explain to me!" She exclaimed standing up. "Und vhat might that be?" Gilbert asked looking at the girl. Julchen held up one finger and ran out of the kitchen in search for the bag she threw into a corner a while ago.
When she found it she took the book out and walked back into the kitchen. She placed the book down on the counter with more force than needed.
She reached into her bra for the key, (in doing so got strange looks from the two men in the kitchen) took the key out, and placed it into the keyhole.
The book opened and Julchen pointed into it. "Explain that to me!" She demanded. Gilbert furrowed his eyebrows confused but complied and looked into the book.
After a good five minutes Gilbert finally gave a response. "Oh. I remember this!" He exclaimed.
"You read through half the book and you /now/ remember?" Julchen asked slightly pissed. Gilbert shrugged. "It's been a long time"
"And how long would that be hmm?" Julchen asked placing her chin to rest in her hand. Gilbert thought about the question for a long time. "About... Oh I don't know. Two hundred years? Give or take."
"/Wasss??/ How the hell could it be two hundred years?" Julchen asked.
"Uhh... Cause I'm prussia? And you are too" Gilbert replied. "VHAT?" Julchen exclaimed slamming her hands down on the table. "I told you last night. We used to be Prussia together until that stupid Austrian decided to erase you're memory and give you to his bru...."
"Woah woah woah. What? Since when were /people/ countries and since when did I be part of that?"
Gilbert sighed and slid the book over to the girl. "You obviously didn't read this yet." Julchen looked at the book then back to Gilbert. "What about it?"
"Read it, und you'll understand." Gilbert replied sipping on his beer. Julchen looked at the book supisiously. She sighed and turned to the first page. "Vhatever you say"
Julchen set the book down slowly. /how the hell is this possible?/
She turned to look a Gilbert who had a smile on his face. "How..." She started. Gilbert cleared his throat ready to tell the story.
"Well, you were born around the same time I was, but we didn't meet for another twenty years cause Germania was kinda freaky with these kinds of things. Anyways, we both represented the awesome kingdom of Prussia. We totally kicked butt. Especially the Austrians butt. He was a pussy anyways. Oh yeah! West! West is Germany! Und he's our cute younger bruder. Like this one time in the 1800's when..."
"Woah woah woah hold up. What does that have to do with me being 'Prussia'?" Julchen interrupted. "Oh. Yeah. Well it doesn't really have anything to do with it..." Gilbert started awwkardly.
"Und if I was this 'Prussia' how come I don't remember it?" Julchen asked.
"Well about ten years ago, Austria decided to be a bitch und he kidnapped you. After that, he gave you to his brother who wasn't a country. I dont know how he wasn't but whatever. Anyways, somehow, they managed to wipe all your memory of being a country and they raised you up thinking he was your dad. Then seven years after that, Austria called his brother back, so he left you with your fake mother. And that's how that happened." Gilbert finished.
Julchen was frozen at the onslaught of information.
It makes sense.... I Guess...
"So you just now decided it was time to make contact with me?" Julchen asked with a slight annoyance.
"Oi! I was fighting with West most of the time! He vas being a losar about bringing you back, so I decided to do it on my own. Not to mention it took forever trying to find out where you were." Gilbert said.
"Gil, I found out where she lived in a night and you couldn't in three years." Francis said, turning off the stove and setting down plates of food in front of the two prussians. "Shut up. It just vasn't work cut out for the awesome me!" Gilbert exclaimed stuffing his face with the food. Francis shook his head lightly. "Whatever you say, mon ami."
