Walking Down The Halls

Jake's pov!

I woke up to the sound of my siblings screaming their heads off!!!! I grabbed my phone and texted Haley I couldn't stop thinking about last night, her beautiful eyes her chestnut hair, her lovable face!! I know she is the one.

Then Sofie(my little sister) came in,

" JAKE! YOU SAID YOU WOULD MAKE SOME PANCAKES WITH EXTRA CHOCOLATE TODAY WHY ARE'NT YOU DOWNSTAIRS POOHEAD!!!"
Sofie screeched
"Sofie calm down I'm on it let me get dressed." I said as I chuckled,

"WHAT YOU LAUGHING ABOUT COME ON I AM HUNGRYYYYYYYY!!!!!!"

She left the room with a cheeky grin on her face and I grabbed the checkard shirt Haley loves most!! I ran downstairs but then my other sister, Brittany pulled me into her room,
"JAKE, are you trying to RUIN MY REPUTATION!!! You decided to go and be all lovey dovey with this non-popular girl and now our family  is seen as a pile of trash, we are'nt supposed to be seen as that, I AM NOT SUPPOSED TO BE SEEN AS THAT, BECAUSE OF YOU WUINN IS NOT MY FRIEND AND IF QUINN IS NOT MY FRIEND I AM SEEN AS A FRICKIN PILE OF TRASH SO GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER." Brittany screamed with an evil look on her face.

I stood there, very surprised, Brittany has never been that mad buy no-one not even my family is going to strip me from being with Haley.
She cleared her throught,

" you may leave my room now..."

I left and ran downstairs quickly before Sofie noticed I wasn't doing the pancakes, oops too late,

" WHAT ARE YOU DOINGG!!!!!!! I DON'T SEE MY PANCAKES WITG EXTRA CHOCOLATE ON MY, MY LITTLE PONY PLATE, SO GET YOUR BUT DOWNSTAIRS NOWW!!! " She screamed.

I got to the kitchen and started flipping some pancakes till,

Zzzzzz, zzzzzzz, zzzzzzz

Someone was calling me, I checked my phone, it was Haley! I checked my hair fixed my collar and answered the call,

Haley: Hey!
Jake: Hey Haley!
Haley: Someone looks happy
Jake: oh um-mmi-- I'm fine
Haley: look could you maybe pick me up I need to talk to you.
Jake: Yeah sure I'll be right there.
Haley: okay see you
Jake: okay then b-b- bye.

Haley ended the call and I sighed in relief but I hoped what she wanted to talk about wasn't bad.

I plopped some pancakes, some Hershey's chocolate sauce and gave it to Sofie she gobbled them up as I grabbed my keys and drove to Haley's house on my motorbike, I arrived after what felt like 2 minutes and there she was, she came out of the door of her house, and smiled at me, she looked amazing as always,

I gave her a helmet and we drove away,
As I sped and sped, Haley asked me something,

"Jake was yesterday just a silly joke or are we serious?" She blurtered out.
" Uh I think we are serious I feel well strong about you Haley" I said feeling nervous but confident
" um I feel strong about you too Jake." She said

I smiled and secretly said yes!!

We arrived at school to see posters every where,

I realised this Friday was prom, I had to ask Haley so I called a few friends to help me make a proposal for Haley.

Later on that evening:

I prepared something well amazing, I put a note in her locker, telling her to go to the gym, as she entered, there was pathway of roses leading up to me, I was down on one knee with a sign asking her to go to prom,

" Haley will you go to prom with me?" I asked

" Oh my gosh yes!!! Yes !!" She said as she grinned

I hugged her so tight, I had never felt better.
