I Need You (SasuNaru)

~Sasuke's POV~
Over the past couple weeks me and Shikamaru have worked on the project and even gotten closer, but not friends...

We basically choose a fairly easy book with a lot of words and write the summary. It was honestly way easier than it sounded we got it done and now we're waiting until the teacher tells us to turn it in. Shikamaru ended up giving me his number and we've texted, but not a lot. Recently he's been asking about Naruto, but he's not a threat, I know he's straight. A gay can always point out another gay.

Shikamaru: I've been wanting to ask...Where is Naruto?

Sasuke: He moved to Amegakure, at the beginning of the year....and un-fortunately for four years.

Shikamaru: Wow...he never said bye or anything. Whatever though- but can I ask something about you?

Sasuke: yeah sure.

Shikamaru: Are you gay? And are you dating Naruto?

Now I didn't expect this. For one he realized too fast and two how did he know? I've never even spoken of Naruto when I'm around Shikamaru.

Sasuke: What makes you ask that?

Shikamaru: One: you have no intrest in any girls  Two: you said that 'They' doesn't go to our school
Three: You've only ever hung out with Naruto.
Am I wrong?

Ok he's pretty observant. I guess there's no reason to lie- and then maybe it'll be easier on me.

Sasuke: You're right.

Shikamaru: Thought so. Anyway- congratulations and yeah.

Sasuke: That's all?

Shikamaru: yeah.

Sasuke: Oh- well do you want Naruto's number?

Shikamaru: Yeah sure.

I gave Shikamaru Naruto's number, I trust him and it's not like he'll go around telling everyone. Also- Naruto might want to reconnect with Shikamaru anyway. But I have other problems to deal with right now. I will tell Neji and Hinata about me and Naruto.

*Tike skip to three weeks later*

Ok today is the day! I will finally tell Hinata and Neji! I've been talking to Naruto and working up the courage to finally come out to them.

Also Sakuras getting more annoying and rude, it's really pissing me off and so I might as well just tell her I'm gay too.

I walked through the front doors to school and straight to the cafeteria. I saw our table and seen Hinata and Neji sitting there.

"Hello Sasuke" Hinata said as I walked to them.

"Hey" I said sitting down.

"Are you alright Sasuke?" Said Neji sitting across from me. Ten-Ten and Lee aren't here right now so it's a perfect chance.

"I need to tell you guys something" they both stopped what they were doing and put all their attention on me.

"I am dating someone" I said.

"We've heard" said Neji. Not surprised they did since I said it in front of my whole class, news gets around fast here.

"And well- it's a uh" I was having a herd time saying it.

"Take your time, whatever you tell us won't change anything" said Hinata.

"Well...... it's a guy" they both stared at me, but not in shock more like relief.

"Thanks for telling us, I'm glad you trust us enough to tell me and Hinata something personal like that" said Neji, Hinata nodded.

"Do we know him?" Asked Hinata.

"Yeah....." I said.

"Is it....hmm Naruto?" My eyes shot straight to Neji. He guessed way too fast. I looked at Hinata who was smiling.

"How?" I asked.

"You're pretty obvious, also we caught you on the phone with him one day" said Neji.

"So you're not mad?" I asked. Both looked at me in confusion.

"No of course not. Did you think we would be jealous or something?" Asked Neji.

"Well.....no" I said putting my head down. I thought Hinata had a crush on Naruto...

"Sasuke, I know what you're thinking and I already have someone else I like. You don't need to worry" said Hinata. I looked up at her and smiled.

"Now that you told us I assume you'll finally give us his number? We miss him too" said Neji.

"Oh uh yeah! Of course" I gave them Naruto's number and ate my breakfast.

~Naruto's POV~
Three new numbers? All unknown...

What should I do? They all just say 'Hey Naruto'.
Like that's totally not creepy.

I decided to text Sasuke, just in case he gave my number out. I know my parents wouldn't do that neither would Karin and Nagato-

Naruto: Hey Sasuke? Did you maybe give my number to three people?

Sasuke: Yeah.

Naruto: Who? Why didn't you tell me sooner?!

Sasuke: Well I thought you would've just answered and it's Shikamaru, Neji and Hinata. They all wanted to talk to you again.

Naruto: oh. True. I'll text back rn!

Sasuke: ok, love you Naruto.

Naruto: love you too Sasuke.

Sasuke: and btw they all know we're dating.

Naruto: Nice! You finally did it huh!

Sasuke: Oh shut it.

I'm glad that he finally told them, it's almost been a month since the last time he said he'd do it. Even so, I'm confused as to why Shikamaru knows...I knew they were partnering up for a project but to think Sasuke told him? I don't know, I might as well ask him later.
