It's been a couple days since I started sitting at the lunch table with the boys. Ashton hasn't left randomly through lunch again, maybe he just wasn't feeling well that one day.

I now talk to the boys when I see them in my class. I didn't know Ashton was in almost all of my classes. Luke, Calum, and Michael were only in a few.

I always tried to carry on conversations with Ashton, but he would mostly smile at me or awkwardly reply.

Michael was probably closest to me, which isn't surprising. He is very nice to people and open to new friendships.

Everyday I have gotten one or two notes. So when I went all day without a note, I was confused.

I walked out to my car with a bit of disappointment showing.

I went to unlock the door to my car when I saw a small piece of paper on my windshield.

"Your voice is so beautiful. I could listen to you talk for hours."
