02; Cosmos

The school day ended And the rumors had spread already.

A female member in Mas 0094.
Cya the bassist is dating her.
And since when did we have such a pretty classmate??

I smiled as I walked with Shina towards the Practice room they had in the school.

"So that guys name is Kanghyun??" She asked me for the fifth time. "Has he always been that handsome??"

I giggled and shrugged. "I don't know Shina, I just barely auditioned for Mas."

"That makes sense. You weren't a fan since you wanted to be a member yourself. Why didn't you tell me before! I could've helped you audition quicker. I know Harin since elementary school."

"It's alright." I said as we stopped outside of the door.

I opened the door. They noticed Shina was behind me. Yonghoon signaled me with his eyes to make her go away.

"Well see you tomorrow Shina."

"Aw why..I wanted to see you practice." She said as she clung on to me.

"We can't let people see out practices as much as I love you girl." I said making her let go.

"Sheesh. Okay. I'll leave takeout in front of your apartment for you to eat later."

"Thank you!!" I said waving her off.

"She's cute." Dongmyeong said as he shut the door behind me.

"I know." I said setting down my stuff. "So what are we going to do?"

"Practice." Harin said as he also set down his stuff.

"Yeah but like Practice what? Running? Or going somewhere."

Cya opened his bass guitar case and gave me a weird look. "No, we literally mean practice. We are having a show this weekend..I edited the songs a bit for you to have lines, get a drink of water and get ready."

I was so confused but nodded as I took the paper from Kanghyun, I took a drink of water as I saw some highlighted parts of their songs.

"Those are your parts Nova." Yonghoon said before showing me how to sing it. I practiced with him for a bit, before they'd let me practice with all of them together.

We started practicing together. They were impressed by how I could sing and I caught up quickly. I was still feeling a bit shy around them since I hadn't sung in years..

Once practice was over. It was already night time. I packed my music sheets and slung my backpack over my shoulder.

"Hey." Yonghoon stopped me before I left the room.

"Can I have your number so we can add you to the group chat."

"Yeah." I said pulling out my phone. "This is my number."

He dialed my number and then added me to the group chat. "Well that's settled. Be safe on your way home."

I nodded as I looked at the time.
