Chapter XII

‘That idiot, I gave him a chance to talk and now he is late. I swear…’ Jungkook was mumbling but was interrupted by Taehyung.

‘You shouldn’t swear with a pretty mouth baby.’ Taehyung said and sat beside Jungkook.

‘Baby? I don’t think we are in that kind of a relationship for you to use words like that.’ Jungkook snapped.

‘I’m sorry for being late but Sofia was clinging on to me and didn’t allow me to come.’ Taehyung said. Jungkook rolled his eyes at that.

‘What? Is she your wife already for her to control you like that?’ Jungkook asked and Taehyung smiled at Jungkook’s cuteness.

‘I cleared our relationship. I told her the reason why I agreed to the engagement and also told her that I will break it off.’ Taehyung said.

‘Why are you breaking your engagement off?’ Jungkook asked confused.

‘Because I have someone I love and I want to spend rest of my life with him. No one else but him.’ Taehyung said looking at Jungkook endearingly.

‘Who is he?’ Jungkook asked looking at Taehyung with doe eyes. Taehyung felt his uwus bursting due to the immense cuteness.

‘He is someone I used to date when I was in high school. And his name is Jungkook. When he smile, he looks like a bunny. He is so cute, and he is also feisty. He is an angel who came into my life without me knowing.’ Taehyung described and Jungkook was blushing at Taehyung’s words.

‘I’m sorry for hurting you koo… you have no idea how much I love you. My heart and soul only belongs to you. No one can snatch it but only you.’ Taehyung said and hold Jungkook’s hand.

Jungkook was looking at Taehyung. When they look into each other’s eyes they get lost in it as if they are in maze and they can’t find their way out easily. Jungkook could see Taehyung’s love for him and he feels so happy and lucky to have someone like Taehyung in his life.

Jungkook looked away flustered and cleared his throat. He looked at Taehyung once again who was smiling at him softly. ‘I’m hungry. Let’s go and eat at our usual place.’ Jungkook said and stood up.

Taehyung chuckled ‘you ruined our romantic moment.’ Taehyung said.

‘What romantic? Just because you said sorry doesn’t mean I forgave you yet. You have to gain my forgiveness because no matter what the fact that I was hurt can’t change anything.’ Jungkook said and walked to where cars are parked and Taehyung followed him.

‘I didn’t bring my car today because I came with Soobin.’ Jungkook said ‘so be responsible and drop me at home too.’ Jungkook said got in the passenger seat of Taehyung’s car.

Taehyung chuckled and got in as well. They drove in a comfortable silence to their usual restaurant, where they used to often when they are dating.

‘Oh… you two look that. It’s been so long since you two came here.’ The aunty greeted Taehyung and Jungkook.

‘Yes aunty… indeed its being a while. We were busy after we went to university.’ Taehyung said.

‘You two have become more handsome.’ Aunty said smiling adoringly.

‘Thank you aunty.’ Jungkook thanked while bowing.

‘What are you two doing now?’ aunty asked.

‘We’re doctors aunty, so we’re quite busy in work as well. We’re interns though.’ Taehyung said.

‘Really.. you two have succeed in life. I’m happy for you two.’ Aunty said and went to prepare their order.

‘Something’s has changed in this neighborhood.’ Taehyung said looking around.

‘I feel like I’m home being here. We’re came here almost everyday and even helped aunty sometimes.’ Taehyung said reminiscing.

‘Oh… kookie hyung what are you doing here?’ someone asked and Jungkook looked only to find Soobin, his boyfriend and another 3 boys.

‘What else? Came here to eat.’ Jungkook replied.

‘Are they your friends binie. And nice to meet you again Yeonjun.’ Jungkook said and smiled.

‘Same here hyung.’ Yeonjun replied.

‘Oh… they are my friends. This is Taehyun, Beomgyu and Huening Kai.’ Soobin introduced his friends.

‘Nice to meet you guys. Are you guys frequents here?’ Jungkook asked and they nodded their head.

‘Oh… it’s you kids. It looks like you already met the legendary couple of my restaurant.’ Aunty said giggling.

‘Legandary couple? Oh… the two guys you always talk about is this two?’ Beomgyu asked and aunty nodded her head smiling.

‘Really hyung? Are you two dating? Taehyung hyung aren’t you engaged to Sofia Jung? Almost everyone in our university talks about you two. They call you and Sofia nation’s beauty couple.’ Soobin said which earned a glare from Jungkook.

‘Really you are engaged Taehyung? Then what about kookie?’ aunty asked.

‘I did engaged with her aunty but I broke off the engagement because I only love my kookie.’ Taehyung said and winked at Jungkook who only glared at him.

‘Oh… really… then good luck for your future.’ Aunty said and went to prepare food for the five boys who came after.

‘You guys eat as much as you want. It’s on me.’ Taehyung said and the five boys cheered.

‘Soobin I will catch you once I go home. Wait I will tell papa everything.’ Jungkook said and Soobin just smiled sheepishly.

‘Please hyung you said about my relationship and I heard an earful from papa the next day.’ Soobin said and everyone laugh. The five boys heard about the cold hearted boy and bunny’s love story.
