Pizza with a side of One Direction(Short Story)

Chapter 9- Last delivery

A/N: This is the last chapter D: I decided it’s going to be a short one since I have two new ideas for books. But I’m finishing this one and Finishing Messed up Directions soon. So sorry, but it had to be short, this one doesn’t have many reads anyway xD Hope y’all liked it! Here it is the last chapter :3

*Lucy’s POV*

“Get up bitch we have school!” I groan and throw a pillow at Alondra who’s jumping on my bed and dancing like some weird Indian.

“Noooo.”

She sighs, “Get up or I’m dumping water on you.”

I sit up and run a hand through my messy hair, “There I’m up.”

She grins, “Good now get dressed you have twenty minutes.”

I roll my eyes and push back the covers as I watch her leave my room, shutting the door behind her. I throw off my pajamas and pull out an outfit for today.

I brush my hair and put on my red checkered long sleeve shirt, grey jeans, and my red Nike’s. I carefully put on blush, mascara and eyeliner, plus a dash of eye shadow. I grab my bag and phone before skipping out of the room, “Ready to go?!” I yell as I’m grabbing the keys.

Alondra pops out of the kitchen with a granola bar in her mouth, “Ready.”

We hop in the car and drive to school, but before we pull into the parking lot I look over at Alondra, “So did you get your kiss?”

She grins, “Yes, it was amazing. Then he asked me out.”

I smile, “I knew it. You two are meant for each other.”

She rolls her eyes, “Sure. So who did you kiss?”

I blush slightly as we get out of the car and walk towards the school’s big double doors, “Niall.”

She girns, “I knew it! You two are meant to be together.”

“Oh shut up. I’m not ever going to see him again so it doesn’t matter anyways.”

Alondra sighs, “Sure, that’s what you think.”

I look at her confused, “What do you mean?”

She opens the door and we both walk into the busy school, “Oh nothing. See ya, Blonde!”

She fast walks past me and to her first class. Ugh what did she mean?

After school Alondra and I make our way towards he bug double doors that we came in at about seven this morning. We open them and are immediately greeted by pouring rain. Best day ever

I smile, “Come on, we’ll run.”

She nods and we take off running towards our car, once we’re in we both exhale. “I love rain.” I say with a smile.

Alondra groans, “Ugh, I hate it. It ruins my hair.”

I roll my eyes and laugh at her as we pul out of the parking lot and head to work. 

“Lucy! You’re up, last run.”

I sigh and walk over to my boss who’s handing me a pizza, I stuff it in the bag. “Where’s Alondra, we usually so runs together.”

He shrugs, “She took one by herself.”

I nod, “Oh okay.”

I grab the directions and head to my car, it was still pouring down rain so my hair was soaked, I didn’t really care though.

As I was driving towards my last stop I felt like I’d seen the address before. It felt extremely familiar.

I pulled up to the house not really paying attention to it, I glance at the address on the piece of paper again before hopping out of the car with the pizza in hand. I look up and stop in my tracks.

You’ve got to be kidding me!? It was the boys house. I groan and walk up to their door step, I looked like shit, my hair and clothes were soaked. I already wiped my makeup off at work so I just looked like a drown rat.

Why couldn’t Alondra just come with me. I wouldn’t have to be doing this right now.

I take a deep breath then knock on their door.

A few seconds later someone opens the door, it was the boy who I liked more. The one that I really didn’t want to open the door.

“Hey.” He says, leaning up against the door.

I nod, “Hey. It’ll be eleven dollars please.”

He nods and hands me the cash, I tuck the money in my extremely attractive fanny pack and hand him the pizza.

“Enjoy.”

“Lucy, wait.”

I turn around, he walks out the door and stands in the rain with me. My fingers were freezing, I could feel myself shaking.

“I’m sorry. Please forgive me?”

I shake my head, “I don’t know Harry, I like you but I don’t fit here. I’m just a no body.”

He frowns, his dark curls sticking to his face. “I don’t care, I have feelings for you, and that’s all that matters. I broke up with Taylor yesterday, she’s on a plane right now to L.A.”

I look at him shocked, “You did that for me? Won’t management be mad at you?”

I was practically yelling because I was having trouble speaking over the rain. He steps closer and takes my hand in his. “I want to be with you, Lucy.”

I smile slightly up at him, “You do?”

He nods with a smile on his lips, “I do. Be my girlfriend?”

I nod, “Yes.”

He grins and leans in, wrapping his arms around me before smashing his lips to mine. His lips feel like a heater compared to the cold rain. My stomach feels like it’s doing flips, I smile in our sweet kiss. It was really Harry all along, he was the reason I started hanging out with One Direction and he was the one I’d grown close to. Lately I’ve been trying to deny it and hang out with Niall more, that’s why I kissed him. I was trying to rid my feelings for him after seeing him with Taylor Swift, it pained me and I had to do something about it.

Harry pulls back, putting his forehead to mine, “Don’t ever think you don’t belong with me. you may not be a celebrity but you’re special to me. Nothing else matters. Okay?”

I nod a smile on my face, “Okay.”

He grins and kisses me once more, I wrap my arms around his neck and press myself to his body. I never wanted to leave this moment. The rain was still pouring on us, I ran my hands my through his wet curls, his body heat warming me.

I’d always remember this kiss, and I’d always remember being One Directions delivery girl.

A/N: THE END :D Y’all like it? It wasn’t my best writing but whatever, it was fun to write. I might do a sequel to it one day but not any time soon.
