Todoroki's and Deku's punishment ended, which brought them back to training for double the work. After a week of their return, Aizawa had a special type of training.
"You know the drill. Meet me at the gym like usual." Aizawa said. Everyone changed into their warmups and headed for the gym. There, they saw multiple people sitting and waiting for them, including Aizawa. In the middle of the gym, there seemed to be a long hallway of the sorts.
"Woah, what's this about?" Kirishima asked.
"I suspect some kind of test. Everyone, do you best today!" Momo shouted. Everyone nodded. The teachers there were Cementos, Present Mic. Snipe, Mount Lady, Aizawa, and lastly, Endeavor. Everyone kept looking between him and Todoroki.
"What?" Todoroki asked.
"Alright, listen up everyone." Aizawa said. Everyone just watched him.
"Do not mind the other teachers and heroes. They're for something else." Aizawa explained. Everyone were kinda confused but nodded. Aizawa turned around.
"As you can see, there's a random hallway that has appeared in the middle of the gym. The point of this is to get to the end with one other partner. At the end, there's a dummy there as a hostage or a civilian in need of saving." Aizawa explained. Everyone nodded once more.
"There will be challenges to get to the end. The point is that you have to get to the civilian in a few minutes. If you fail, you do extra training. Got it?" Aizawa asked.
"Yup! This sounds easy!" Kaminari grinned.
"Great. Well, I'll split up teams of my choosing. Afterward, one team will go while the rest sit outside. We want to keep it a secret to the others." Aizawa explained. From there, he split everyone up into different partners. Teams were as followed.
Todoroki and Bakugo
Iida and Izuku
Ochako and Tsuyu
Kirishima and Sato
Toru and Mina
Aoyama and Shinso
Mineta and Tokoyami
Ojiro and Yaoyorozu
Koda and Jiro
Sero and Quinn
Shoji and Kaminari
"These teams are a bit... strange." Tsu said. People agreed.
"Why would you put me with icy hot!" Bakugo shouted.
"Cause we're friends." Todoroki said. Bakugo slowly turned to him in an angry fashion.
"You wanna fight?" He asked.
"Two years and still no difference." Kaminari joked. Bakugo rabidly turned to him next.
"Alright, we'll take Ojiro and Yaoyorozu first." Aizawa said. The two stepped up while the rest walked outside to sit around and wait.
"You guys think this is a text?" Iida asked. There were a variety of answers.
"You would think with all these heroes, but it seems like they're having their own conversation." Mina said.
"Right, but I still feel that there's something up." Kirishima explained. Everyone was mixed about the whole thing. After around ten to twenty minutes, Momo and Ojiro came out.
"How was the test!?" Mina asked.
"Was it hard?" Kaminari asked.
"Will I pass?" Sero asked.
"W-Well..." Ojiro began.
"Toru and Mina next please!" Aizawa shouted. The two made their way to him as they closed the doors.
"So what happened?" Shoji asked.
"Well, Snipe interfered halfway through our test." Momo explained.
