Chapter 1: Blame it on the Hormones

The three day weekend went by so quick. Iona spent most of the time with Fernan catching up. Sebastian had time to plan a surprise for Iona while she hung out mostly in the living room with her friend.

It has been a month and Iona is in her twelfth weeks of pregnancy. She isn't showing at all and it was so easy for her to hide it. The press is slowly catching up with their relationship but still isn't sure about its legitimacy. It's December 20th and Sebastian has been filming non-stop, only taking one day off a week. Iona didn't mind because she was able to do a lot of work when she's not on set. Incore has been doing well online and Iona was finally back in her element. She would go to hidden secret spots and take pictures. She would sometimes just sit in a busy cafe and take pictures of people. Of course she'd ask if it's okay to use their photos for her website and 99% of the time they say yes after she explains her project.

Sebastian came home with food that Iona has been craving, after putting that in the kitchen counter he went straight to their bedroom to freshen up. Once he's done he knocked on the office door.

'Yona?' He called out.

'Come in' She called out from the inside. Sebastian opened the door and walked in. He walked over as Iona turned. He gave her a kiss and kneeled down to her belly and kissed it too. 'You're so cute.' She laughed.

'Come have dinner with me?' He asked as he got up and offered his hand to her. She took it and closed her laptop. They both walked to the kitchen and as usual, Iona sat on the kitchen counter, she got up with a help of a stepping stool.

'Is that Volcano Omurice?' Her eyes widened as she smiled.

'Yep. Holland and Hiddleston went to a Japanese restaurant and they happened to hear me telling Chris what you're craving for before they left, so they asked if I wanted them to get some.' He smiled and handed her the to-go box and a fork.

'Mmm this is so good. But not as good as the one back home.' She said as he opened his container and started eating.

'You're right. But this will do for now.' He smiled and continued eating.

'Babe, Christmas is coming up are you going to see family?' She asked as she set her food down beside her and hopped off the counter.

'I want to spend it with you this year' He smirked after swallowing the last bit of his food. Iona froze. 'Babe, are you okay?' Sebastian turned her around. Iona started crying. 'Why are you crying? Are you hurting somewhere? Is the baby okay? Did I say or do something that made you upset?'

'I don't know why I'm crying.' She said as Sebastian hugged her and she buried her face on his chest.

'I blame the hormones.' He laughed.

'You're really going to spend Christmas with me?' She asked as she looked up at him with tear stained cheeks.

Sebastian wiped her tears and smiled, 'Of course. It's our first Christmas.'

Iona buried her face on his chest again as another wave of tears came out.

'Aww, babe. It's okay.' Sebastian couldn't hold his laughter any more and he laughed so hard.

Iona looked up at him and frowned and cried some more. She pulled away from Sebastian and ran to the office and locked the door. Sebastian ran after her and knocked. 'Babe, open the door please.'

'Go away! I don't want to see or talk to you right now.' She yelled from inside.

'Babe, please. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to laugh. You just looked so cute.' He smiled and kept knocking.
