《 Dusks pov 》

I walked into the living room, and I saw Dawn and William having an awkward conversation. "Hey you guys, wanna go on a walk with me and Star?" I ask in a light tone. "Sure, what about you, William?" Responded Dawn. "I'll go, not like I have much to do anyway," said William with a chuckle.

"Alright. I'm gonna go get some clothes for you guys, and we can get ready," I say, retreating to my room from the convention. Once I was in my room, I grabbed clothes for Dawn, and some clothes for William.

I walked downstairs, and gave them their clothes. "Thanks Dusk!" Said Dawn happily. "..thanks," murmured William. "Your welcome," I said going back upstairs to get my clothes.

I chose black ripped jeans, a white turtleneck with red stripes on it, and a red necklace the color of my eyes. I grabed my belt and strapped a sword holder onto it. I grabbed the iron sword that I had hanging on the wall, and put it in the holder. I then walked downstairs. "Wheres Dawn?" I asked. William was in the clothes I gave him.

"Shes in the bathroom changing," responded William simply. "Alright," I said. Then the bathroom door opened and Dawn stepped out. "We ready to go?" I asked. "Yep!" Responded Dawn.

I walked into the kitchen and scratched Star behind the ear to wake her up. She stood up immediately and ran over to the door, looking at me with pleading eyes. I laugh.

I open the door and Star runs out, the rest of us following more slowly.

《 time skip 》

As we went deeper into the forest, the feeling of being watched grew. We were just following Stars lead, since we didnt really have anywhere in mind to go.

Suddenly Star stopped walking, so did we. We clustered together. Stars eyes started darting around at the surrounding forest. Me and William's fur rose, and I wrapped Dawn in my wings, hiding her.

Then, we herd foot steps. I drew my sword, releasing Dawn from my wings. "Dawn, I want you to fly back home as fast as you can," I whispered into her ear. She nods, and flys off towards the house.

I turn my ears towards the sound. Star stands protectively infront of me and William. I narrowed my eyes as three men stepped out of the bush towards us. "Who are you and what do you want with us," I say as Star growls at them. "The wolf. Wolves dont belong with people," they say coldly.

"I'm not giving you my wolf. I found her in a ditch with a broken leg. I healed her, she would choose us over you anyway," I respond. "Bullshit. Wolves dont like people, let alone allow a human to touch them while they are wounded," anger starts to seep into the mans voice.

"You arnt talking my wolf," I said. "You cant ke-" he was cut off by Star jumping at him. Star immediately went for his neck. Star held him down as she ripped out his throat.

I grabed my sword as one of the other men was about to stab Star. I threw the sword at the man. It hit him in the shoulder blade, going through his bone. Blood gushed out of the wound around my sword as he screamed bloody murder.

I ran at him and grabed my sword and pulled it out of the wound. Even more blood gushed out as he fell to the ground.

I saw William scratching the other guys eyes. I ran over behind the man, and stabbed him in the back. He went limp and dropped to the ground infront of William. "You are one sick basterd. Its cool," william said with a laugh. "Alright Mr.11," I muttered.

I pulled my sword out of the guys back. "See if they have any money. It would be useful," I said, a bit louder this time. "Alright," I pulled Star off of the guy she mauled. "Calm down  girl, calm down. Hes dead," I murmured calming her down.

I searched his pockets. I found 300 dollars in cash. I went over to the other guy I stabbed in the shoulder. I searched his pockets and found 1,000 in cash. "I found some jewelry and 100 dollars on this guy," said William from across the small clearing. "I found 1,300 from these two," I respond. "Damn, that's alot," William said with a laugh.

"Cmon' let's get back home," I sighed. "Here, you take the money for a second," I handed William the money I had fished from the pockets of the dead men who were bleeding out before us. I then grabed William and swooped into the air. "I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS!" shouted William as I began to glide through the trees, Star running beside us. "You will be fine," I laughed.
