Everything changed in this years, karan used to stay in his room most of the times. He doesn't like talking with anybody, he just focuses on his cricket.
Karan came downstairs and saw everyone on the breakfast table.

At Night
Karan was packing bag, when he found a photo under his clothes.
He took out that photo, closed the door and sat on bed leaning against the head rest. He was imagining preeta beside him.

The next day, he boarded the flight, Usse esa feel horaha tha ki vo preeta ke pass ja raha hai. The moment he stepped out of the airport, he heartbeats raised. He was feeling total restless and his heart was racing.

As always handsome and dashing, all the girls were drolling over him, but he didn't pay heed to any of them. He excused himself in a quite corner. After a moment, he heard a familiar voice from the stage. Karan immediately turned around, to see the scenario which shocked him through core.

Preeta was in total drunken state, singing songs loudly and dancing with chhichhore boys. Karan couldn't bear it.
Wo stage pe gaya aur zor se preeta ko aapne pass khich liya. She landed on his chest. Stumbling she held him tightly. Pain was clearly seen in her eyes. Both were lost in eachother dark brown orbs. Their unshed tears were said that they missed eachother alot Few seconds later, karan realized a weight on him. Preeta felt unconscious in his arms. He picked her up and took her to his room. Karan was caressing her hair.
Karan: yeh kya halat banali hi aapni babydoll. mujhe kasam dekar gayi ki kabhi pina matt aur khud yaa talli hokar bethi hai. Kya karu.
He gets a bottle of cold water splashed it on her face
Preeta: ahh tsunami.
Karan:tsunami nahi mai hu.
Preeta: tum toh tsunami se bhi kharab ho, bhukamp kahike. Ek min mai, sapna dekh rahi hu na, ya tum sach mai yaha ho, mere pass.
Karan: ofcourse tum sapna dekh rahi ho, warna mujhe thodi pata hai ki tum kaha chali gayi thi.

Saying this she again went to sleep and pulled the duvet over her head. Karan sees her shockingly and went inside the duvet. (Matlb Dono razai ke niche the aur razai unke sir tak thi)
He hugged her from back.

Preeta: haan kyuki mujhe bhi ehsaas hogya tha ki tum se dur aakar maine kitni badi galti kardi, ego mai aakar yaha toh chali aai per, tumhare bina jina kitna mushkil tha. Isiliye toh iss sharab ki zarurat padti hai. Waise kuch bhi kaho, sharbat pikar maza bada aata hai.
Karan: aur jitni bottle sharab ki pite ho utne hi saal zindagi mai se kam ho jate hai. I really missed you yaar. Aur tumhe pata hai, jis baat ki wajah se tum mujhe chod kar gayi naa matlab mahira ki wo pregnancy wo...
Preeta: jhoot thi, pata hai mujhe, usne ye sab natak kiya tha pregnent hone ka.
Karan: toh tum wapas kyu nai aai, haan.
