chapter 10

I'm so happy that I could meet atleast Grace...
We both sat down behind the rock holding each other's hands.
Those monsters are still trying to catch us thank god this rock is safe enough!

"Where are we?? " she said.
"Who knows...!"I sighed.
"I suddenly woke up in this damn haunted place... and has been seing hell... First a witch then a evil at the gate of bones, sand threat, now these monsters....." I told everything that happened briefly to her.
"Sevyn ya I had through been all these too, I remember falling asleep while reading a book, and woke up in that witch castle, she seemed like my mom first.. I was so scared sevyn.."she Started to cry.

"Fell asleep while reading a book??" I stopped listening after this... my mind take me to that night.
"Is it that danger book?" I asked her doubtfully.
"Y-ya..." she's still crying.
"Don't cry grace, we are in that book."I said with a serious face .
"Whattt?" She asked in astonishment.
"Ya now I got to remember that I fell down in a mysterious way while reading that book that night and woke up in that witch castle.... so that's what that witch and evil talking about... that's what written in that preface.... I didn't care those words much, it was all clumsy.... now its clear... it's a dangerous book and we're in it" I said looking at her.

I could see several  expressions in her face while I'm saying that... she's scared as hell. I know that she's kinda cowardice.

"It's- it's horrible" she said.
"Ya Grace, it is ,but now we're together and all we need now is courage... that's the only power that could help us!" I tried my best to sound confident so that I can make her forget her fears.
"OK sevyn... what should we do now to get outta here??"she asked.
"Well I don't know"i said while leaning bit forward to see if they are still there.
"I think these monsters go to somewhere for prey.... they weren't there when I woke up"i said.

"Yes sevyn, I dont know how long I've been here but they would gone for sometime and they'll come back" she said.
I'm thinking that they must have some weakness.
"I think they will go when it's day time.
As I observed " she added .
"Wait what?? How do you know that it's morning time?" I asked.
"See there's a hole on the top of the cave, sevyn..light enters this cave at sometime.. then I'll, think it's morning. "She said pointing towards the top wall of the cave.

     ****
"Sevyn , sevyn" grace woke me up, I don't know when I fell asleep.
"Ya sorry I fall asleep" I said rubbing my eyes.
Those monsters are still there....
A ray light flashed right  in my eye when I tried to observe what those monsters are doing.

They started to run  away from there making huge sounds......
Those sounds are so loud....
Now it's awkward silence.....
"Ya they go like this sometimes. "  Grace said.
After sometime we both came out of the rock and I went bit further to see where they gone..
"Careful sevyn, they might trapping us."Grace said with fear.

I decided to dare, I'm done being in there, so walked forward... there came a turn in the cave... almost dark on that side... I leaned bit forward to see what's there...
I was stunned and stepped back on seeing those heaps of those huge monsters....
They are at a corner of a cave in heaps...
I was supposed to run back.... but-
They sure saw me.. why they are not attacking ?
"What happened sevyn " grace asked in a fearful voice.
"Nothing.." I turned back to answer her and that ray of light bothered my eyes again..
It's all dark here so that little ray of light spread all over there ,which scared the darkness away....
My thoughts stuck there...
Scared darkness away...?
A thought sparked in my head...
"Is it, this light which scared the monsters away????" I said with excitement of finding something out.
