Jay and Zach watch as the wolf bois house burns to ashes, upon receiving the news that zach cant feel his legs, he responds as any human would

"IM SORRY FUCKING WHAT?!"

"I cant feel my legs man" zach says

"You dont seem too upset at that, why?" Jay asks, rather confused

"Worst case scenario im bound to a wheelchair the rest of my life"

"Your fine being a veggie?"

"In the business were in getting shots is common aint it?" Cant tell you how many times okas pulled bullets out of my flesh"

"Never been shot, least if i have i dont remember it" he says "got a cigarette?"

"Yea, here" he takes out a cigarette pack and gives one to jay, lighting it for him. "How was that turf war?"

"It was fun, got to shoot shit up, murdered some demons, then one of them said they knows me, and my friendship with you" jay scratches his ear "any idea who that could be?"

"Vals dead, murdered by angel in a sobbing fit of rage with my mace, only one that leaves is maytech"

"You dont think the league of villians had anything to do with it?"

"No, considering i was very clear in any attempts to harm you or you family id hang them like animals"

"Your a cruel person you know that?"

"No one fucks with my friends and gets away with it" he places a hand on jays shoulder "NO. ONE. Anyways, Mind taking me to hell?"

"Are there hospitals in hell?"

"Yea, would I have asked if there werent?" He says, smugly

"Fair point, lets go"

Jay opens a portal to hell with the grimoire, and checks zach into a hell hospital, a hellspital, if you will, and zach is set into a hospital bed, and jay pulls up a chair beside him

"Thanks again jay" zach smiles at his wolf friend

"Dont mention, you think im just gonna let my friend die?"

The two laugh at jays joke

"By the way, hows aki?"

"Aki? Shes been doing great, still the same adorable little wolf pup she was when she came out of osana

"How old is she now, four?" Zach asks

"Yea, shes four, what about you? You and oka gonna have another kid?" Jay says, curious at first

"You say that as if ive had a kid in the first place"

"Oh..right...sorry to bring it up" jays ears droop

"Its fine. Maybe I aint meant to be a dad"

"Alright shut the fuck up, you are and will be"

"Jay we've tried 4 times since we got married, and every time its either a miscarriage or a stillborn. EVERY. FUCKING. TIME."

"I dont even know what to say" jays ears droop even lower

"I wouldnt either. Anyways, lets get off the sad and back to aki" zach says wanting to change the subject

"Yea, my little ray of sunshine,hehe, remember when you would break into my house to take care of her so id get some sleep? You would just sit next to her crib all night and if she fussed around you were right there, you my friend gave me many hours of needed rest"

"Glad I could help, i remember when she started crying and the next thing i hear is your foot steps down the hall

*Flashback to four years ago*

Zach hears as jays footsteps echo down the hall, and turns to see him standing in the doorway

"Practicing for your own baby?"

"Yea, taking a loud off of your shoulders"

"You dont have to do that man, its not your child"

"Jay you havent gotten sleep in days, let me do this"

"Dude gimme my baby'

"Alright"

He gives her aki and jay sets her down in her crib

"Really cute baby"

"Yea..she is isnt she"

"You ever think about a name for you baby?"

"I...if its a boy. Jordan. If its a girl? I dont know."

"Youll know, you and oka will figure it out"

"Any advice you can give me?"

"Prepare for long sleepless nights"

"Heh, yea.....your a good dad jay"

"Dont count your chickens before they hatch morgan"

"You are, hope i can half as good"

"You will be, whatever comes into this world. Whatever they wanna be, youll love that child as much as you love oka."

"Thanks man"

Zach grabs a chair and sits next to akis crib, jay does the same

"Sorry for...breaking into your home"

"Wouldnt be the first time youve done this..thanks, btw, for taking care of aki like you own"

"Your welcome jay"

"Y know you couldve just called'

"Didnt wanna wake you"

"Im awake now aint i?"

"Touche, hehe..."

"You can go now if you want"

"Nah, go back to bed, ill watch aki"

"You need sleep too man"

"Ive gone all nighters for tests. I think i can do that for aki"

"Thanks man."

"Your welcome, now get your ass to bed"

Zach headpats jay and jay leaves to his room to osana.

Zach looks at aki

"Your dads a good person sweetie. Sometimes he might be a pain but...hes got a heart....bigger then mine ever was, or will be, and yours will be bigger"

Zach spends the night taling care of aki, doing anything she needs, including changing diapers

"Your an adorable little kitten y know that, your father will nevee admit it, but you get that from him"

Aki starts fussing, and zach kisses her cheek, and she falls right back asleep

"Goodnight little one"

*Flashback end*

"Those were good times werent they?" Zach says, reminising

"Yea..they were"

The two then think back to simpler times, when aki was a baby and, y know, zach had working legs
