Spinal Surgery

A few days later, zach is out of the hospital(albeit against doctors orders) and oka goes with him back to earth to kaga kusha,  a rather crazy but genius inventor, who also was a surgeon for a time, tho he was fired for attempting to create cyborgs out of his patients, and now he just stays in his lab tinkering with shit, every so often performing surgery for anyone who requests it, usually someone who wants an appendage replaced with tech, such as part of an arm,  but in this case, its part of a spine, little harder.

The two demons come into his lab through a portal, seeing the crazy bastard tinkering with something on a table

Kage: Ah. My two favorite demons

Zach: hey kage, need your help with something

Kage: and what would that be?

Zach: yea i cant fucking walk.

Oka: we were wondering if you could help.

Kage: but of course, ive beenn needing a new tes subje- i mean, im always willing to help a friend, provided you pay of course

Zach: you know Im good for it.

Zach is set onto a surgery table, with oka sitting next to it

Kage: what happened to you

Zach: shot in the back with a sniper

Kage: seems the bullet shattered some of the lumbar section of the spine, normally youd be a parapalegic for the rest of your life, however, as you know, there is nothing normal about me

Kage laughs like an evil scientist, lightning somehow flashing as he does.

Oka: yep,like that.

Kage starts to perform said surgery. Cutting open zachs back with a scalpel and then using a laser to repair certain parts of his spine that were cracked, after hours of taking the shattered peices out and half-baked attampts at conversation with zach and oka, he repairs the rest using cybernetics, using a carbon fiber spine to replace the parts that were completly destroyed, and a few hours later, after tinkering with it more, its done.

Kage: alright. Im done, just let me stich your back

He starts to do so, carefully stiching up his giant cut

Zach: thank you kage, how much?

Kage goes around the look zach in the eyes, a grin on his face

Kage: 2.5 million. By the way you can get up now, be careful.

Zach: alright. And ok.

Zach slowly gets up, with oka standing next to him im case he falls, when he first starts walking he starts to fall and oka catches him

Kage: might take a bit to get used too. Sorry about that.

Zach: its fine. Havent walked for around a day. So it shouldnt be that bad

And it wasnt, they stayed a few more hours for zach to literally and figuritivly get on his feet, when he does he starts to walk around, then kage summons robot soldiers to fight him, which he dispatches of easily

Zach: I think back, while im here kage, why not a few upgrades for my gauntlet

Kage: itll cost ya.

Zach: its always worth whatever your sick twisted mind comes up with.
