A few hours later mix wakes up in his apartment finding his sidekick "the Apex Predator" aka Gura Gawr, sitting next to him on a chair "Wakey wakey mix" she smiles at him.

"How did i get home? "Mix asks rather confused "how long was I out, did you carry me here?"

"Yes I did, your very heavy" she says still smiling "You went to sleep and I carried you back here.

"Im sorry for being so heavy i suppose" he says, scracthing the back of his head, slightly embarressed

"Its ok, I saved my hero, after all" she hugs mix, nuzzling his chest

"Hehe, yea, you are my hero gura" he smiles down at the shark girl, whose eyes light up in response

"Hehe, thank you mix!" She nuzzles his chest more

Later on, the two return to the crime scene, finding both police and other pro heroes, including The Rabbit Hero, Mirko

"Hai bunny!" Gura runs up to Mirko hugging her

"Heh, hey little sharkie" She smiles down at the energetic little shark "wheres your pro?" Mix appears behind her and taps her shoulder, she then grabs his wrist and throws him over her shoulder onto the ground "nevermind, i found him"

"Hey rumi...also, as a little side note, OW!" he groans in pain, and gura laughs "thats what happens when you sneak up on me" she smirks and helps mix up "so what happened here?"

"Two individuals attacked maytech personal here" he gestured to the best in crate where he was thrown into "one of them threw me into there, and apex tried to stop him. He didnt hurt her, so maybe he wasnt all bad

"What did they look like?" Rumi asks

"A black man with a wolf quirk, and something else, i dont know what it was mix says

"What was the wolf wearing?" This cant be jay can it?

Mix responds "A blue hoodie with a snowflake on the back, why?"

Oh goddamn it Jay "just confirming something, thank you mix" she headpats gura, who smiles up at the rabbit hero, she then walks away, with one question on her mind: Why did Jay do this?

Mix picks up gura and carries her around, eventually they are able to leave after being questioned by other medical and police personeel, the two then leave to a park, mix wondering one thing while guras sleeping on his lap Who we're those two? And why did they attack maytech?
