Annabeth's POV

My dad and step mom, Helena, invited me for dinner.

Great. Note my sarcasem.

I said yes because just because they were horrid parents doesn't mean I have to be a bad daughter sooo.... here I am.

I brought Percy with me because I wanted to. Annasassy! (Percy told me to tell y'all that he said he was the sassiest)

So I am now on my old front porch, bout to knock on the door. I hesitated.

"I don't know," I sighed.

"Okay we can leave if you want." Percy said.

"Really?!"I asked.

"No," He said, and rang the door bell.

"Percy!" I scollded him.

I heard the scratching of dog claws on hardwood floor and a lot of loud barking. Since when did we have a dog?

Helena opened the door wearing a apron and a party dress.

"Annabeth, dear! Please come in!" I new a fake smile when I saw one, and that's what she had, plasterd on her face.

"Fredrick, Bobby, Mathew, she's here!" She yelled. "Who is this?" She glanced at Percy.

"Persassy Jackson, nice to meet you." Percy stuck out his hand.

"Your real name," I told him.

"Fine," he grumbled. "Persassious Jackson."

I laughed. "Okay, okay, you've made your point. You're the sassiest!"

"This is Percy," I told Helena.

She stared at us blankly.

Bobby and Mathew ran down the stairs, yelling my name.

I gave them a big hug. I hadn't relized how much I missed them.

Then my dad came down, wearing a suit. "Annabeth."

"Dad." I walked past him, Percy trailing behind him, mouthing the word sorry to him.

We sat down at the table and had dinner.

"So," Bobby said, "Is Percy your boyfirend?"

"Yep," I said, popping the p.

The twins looked at eachother.

"Percy and Annie sitting in a tree," they sang.

"Don't call me Annie," I said.

"K-I-S-S-I-N-G," They sang.

I cupped my face with my hands.

"Is Athena mad about you being a son of Poseidon and all?" Mathew asked.

"Oh yeah," Percy laughed.

"Is your dad really a blow fish?" Bobby asked.

"No," Percy laughed again.

"Have you really been to the  underworld?" Mathew asked.

"Yeah four times I think now."

Helena raised her eye brows.

"Have you ever met Zeus?" The twins asked in unison.

"yeah the first time I met him, he tried to kill me."

"COOL!" The twins said.

Percy looked at me and mouthed I love these kids.

I was to busy tring not to laugh to answer.

Percy pouted at me.

Percy's POV

After dinner, Fredrick and Annabeth got in a fight. She almost left when I said for her to just lay down. She ended up falling asleep on the couch.

I was telling Bobby and Mathew about my many adventures, because I loved seeing there little eight year old eyes, go wide with admiration.

I was in the middle of telling them about to dam joke, when I heard Annabeth screaming from the couch.

I got up and ran over, Mr. Chase infront  of me. Mr. Chase reached her first and tried to wake her up.

"Stop Mr. Chase, you've done enough."

He stared at me, hurt, but he needed to hear the truth.

I sat down next to Annabeth, knowing exactly what she was dreaming about.

"Shhh Annabeth, it's okay, we made it out. Our friends saved us, remember. We  have each other, it's okay," I whispered in her ear.

Annabeth was awake now, and was sobbing into my shirt.

"You were dead," She said.

"It's okay, were fine. I'm fine," I rubbed her back and kissed the top of head.

I looked up to see the Chase's staring at us, wide eyed.

"I think we should get going." I said.

I helped Annabeth up, and we left.

Fredrick's POV

I felt bad about our fight and then Percy and Annabeth left, after Annabeth was screaming bloody murder.

I never saw the two of them again, untill I was invited to there wedding. I wasn't in it though. Chiron walked my beautiful daughter down the isle. But I guess I didn't deserve to.

After they said there vows, there wasn't a dry eye in the room. I never relized how much they went through together.

After they kissed, everyone cheered, including Athena and Poseidon.
