//This chapter takes a major turn near its end. Oopsie...//

Is that... Scott?

Yep, it's definately him.

You turn your head to see a tall figure at the opposite side of the hall. He's clutching a tape in his right hand with a strong grip, and tears streaming down his face.

"How could you? How could you be so devious and evil? Those children... They did nothing to deserve this. You are a disgusting and vile man. You don't even deserve to be called a man..." Scott screamed at Vincent. Your eyes widened in horror. What did he mean about kids?

...And then it all flooded back.

Your childhood, walking down those cold metal stairs only to see your lifeless friends, and a purple man, tightening his grip on a silver, bloodied knife.

How could you have been so oblivious... To notice?

To see that the cold-blooded murderer was your very friend, Vincent?

...

And most of all, to forget that terrifying smile.

You snapped back to your senses, shot to your feet, and backed away from Vincent.

"It... It was YOU? You knew all along?..."

"I... I trusted you.. I loved you, Vincent."

You swear you saw a tear role down Vincent's cheek when you said that. But his loving expression soon changed to a fierce, insane one.

"Oh (y/n), how could you ever be so foolish? I never loved you. I only used you."

You could hear him hesitating as he said that. Deep inside, Vincent was trying to conceal his feelings. He didn't know what to feel anymore, or how to express it. But he knew that he just might have to let you go.

The door burst open, sending Vincent skidding along the floor. A group of policemen rushed in to the building, raising their guns. You could barely see through your blurred vision due to the tears. You fell to your knees, your hands in tight fists, sobbing.

And then,

*BANG* *BANG*

Scott rushed up behind you and covered your eyes and ears. He held you with a tight but comforting grip. Even he was shaking.

You looked up to see something you wish you hadn't. Two bullets had passed through both Vincent's shoulder and knee, not enough to kill him, but to stop his squirming.

All you saw was blood. All the memories from the pizzeria containing blood attacked you, all you could hear was blood curdling screams of children and the insane laugh of Vincent.

"MAKE IT STOP... MAKE IT S-"

You fell backwards, holding your head, vision going White, and being caught by Scott before hitting the ground and passing out due to shock.

//GAH, sorry, such a short chapter! Heyyyooo I got a day off this Monday and the weekend, I'll try to write something. But I need some more ideas! If you have any ideas that could help out, that would be great! I still have some, but the story can only get better with more scenarios. Anything you can think of, that would be great! Thankyou all~//
