A nightmare. The same nightmare.
Each.
Damn.
Night.
It all starts with a flashback to your childhood in that pizzeria. That purple man. Both of you stand in a dark room. His eyes and smile, both White, illuminate the darkness around his face.
You can't move. Almost as if you were restrained.
You see your five friends. The ones who were murdered by this man. You are forced to stare at them.
"SAVE THEM!" You shout, before breaking the restraints and sprint towards them. You begin to lose your breath. They fade out into darkness.
You fall through a trapdoor into a room full of mirrors. Infront of you stands the purple man. His shape and colour haunts each mirror.
He takes a step towards you, clutching the knife he used in his hand, before whispering:
"You can't."
You wake up. Throw the covers off your bed, before realising it was a nightmare again. Why you kept being reminded of this man?
Who knows.
All you knew is that you had to put this nightmare to rest.
You threw some clothes on, ate an apple for breakfast with some water, brushed your teeth and headed out the door.
It was snowing, and your warm breath was visible in the air. Kids laughed and played games together, people were out walking their family dogs...
You never really saw a point in it, though.
Ever since the nightmares started you couldn't help but feel like there was no reason for you to smile...
You walked along the stone pathway of your town. You needed money. Desperately. It was then you saw the sign in front of the pizzeria.
"Security guard needed to work the night shift. 12am - 6am.
"What could go wrong?"...
