I shuffle through my closet desperately trying to find an outfit to go out to the shops with Peter. Finally, I stumble upon a cute cream white dress with tiny red floral designs and a pair of scrappy tan wedges. I curl my hair loosely before grabbing my phone and my knitted tote bag that I bought at one of the downtown shops. 

"Tess cmon!" I hear Peter yell from near the elevator. 

"Coming!" I yell back while clipping the back of my small god hoop earring. 

"Did you grab the money?" I ask walking over to where Pete was standing. He just freezes and stares at me for a few seconds before spitting out a few words.

"Yeah...Y-Yeah I did, you could pass as my age. N-Not that you're old but-" he says and holds the elevator door open for me, I flash him a quick smile before walking into it. 

We take the elevator down one level and walk over to the garage. 6 different expensive cars are lined up in a row, across from the cars are a line of bikes and motorcycles. 

"Let's take bike's" I say. 

"Only if you race me" he says back, like a 5 year old may I add. 

"Oh you're on spider boy" I reply before tossing my bag and phone into the straw-woven basket at the front of the bicycle and jumping on. 

"J.A.R.V.I.S. opening the back garage door" I say laughing pedaling towards the doors with Peter on my ass. 

We arrive shortly at the strip of shops downtown about 30 minutes after we took off from the compound. 

"I beat you, HA!" I say smiling at Peter as I hop off the bike and look behind me, we prop our bikes up on one of those bike-holders. 

"That totally wasn't fair, you had a head start" he replies. I snatch my bag out of the basket and walk over and stand next to Peter. 

"Which shop shall we go to first?" I ask. 

"Tea, dress, flowers, then I'll show you the book store I told you about earlier."

I lead the way into a small little corner shop called the "Tea Shack." The door handle was cold on my fingers as I tuned it, the little bell on top of the door dings notifying the owner that a customer is in the store. 

"Hey Ms. E!" I say looking over at the checkout counter. An elderly woman sits at her desk and smiles over at us. 

"Tessa dear, I told you to call me Eliza" she replies, I just smile and walk around the store. 

"Who's your boyfriend?" she asks and I let out a short giggle. 

"Yeah right. This is Peter he lives with me and Steve" I say, half lying to the poor lady. 

"H-Hi m'am" he says cowardly before trotting up to me and touching each tea box on the way. 

I take a few boxes of chamomile and hibiscus tea from the shelf a couple inches above a counter than has more variations of tea. Peter walks over to the table across from me and grabs two boxes of tea labeled "Earl Grey." He told me that he liked earl grey as well when I asked him what his favorite flavor was. Peter was always sweet to me, especially when I was brand new to the "family." 

I walk over to the checkout counter and Peter hands Eliza a 20 dollar bill. 

"Tell Steve that he should stop by one time before I die" she says, I smile and roll my eyes before following Peter out of the store. 

"Shelly's is like a block or so over there and the flower shop is next to it" I say walking next to Peter.
