Cuddles

Wanda's was in the Avenger's Compound eating lunch. While eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich she hardly noticed Bucky approaching. Without warning he wrapped his arms around her from behind.

She instantly knew it was him when his metal arm was around her chest. She blushed and looked up at him. Wanda's nose barely brushed against Bucky's stubble. "Wanda, you didn't save me a bite?" He said pouting and looking at her.

She chuckled lightly and cupped his cheek causing him to turn a bright red. She loved how shy he was around her. "I'll make you one if you get off of me." She said with her accent that secretly drove him crazy. He reluctantly moved his arms away from her and scratched his ear.

Wanda turned around and saw him standing there looking at the ground nervously. She chuckled and stepped in front of him. A smile tugged at her lips and she rustled up his hair with her hand. She laughed and hugged him. Leaning into his chest she could feel his strong reassuring heartbeat. "What type of jelly do you want on your sandwich?" She said closing her eyes feeling safe in his arms.

"Hmm... grape sounds good." Bucky tried to ignore his rapidly beating heart as he put his head on hers. He loved it when they cuddled. He swayed softly. She looked up at him and he moved his head to look down at her beautiful eyes.

"I'm going to get started on that sandwich James; before I fall asleep." She smiled and walked away. She was the only one who called him James and he liked that.

Fifteen minutes later...

She had began making him a sandwich when Steve came rushing in with news. "Wanda. Buck." He said looking between the two. "We have a situation... We have bombs planted in Berlin. We have to go now or Berlin won't be around by tomorrow." He said with panic in his voice.

Wanda and Bucky looked at each other trying to see what emotions they were feeling. Her soft green eyes met his fierce blue ones. "We are ready." She said in her strong Sokovian accent. She nodded to Steve and walked out to the quinjet.

Before Bucky could leave Steve looked at him with his lips curled in a smirk. "So you and Wanda?"

Bucky's face flushed and he put his hands up. "Nope just friends. Let's get going." He said changing the subject and rushing out.

Twenty five minutes later...

Wanda, Bucky, Steve, Natasha, and Clint were disabling all of the bombs. Almost all of them were done but when disabling the last bomb, Clint accidentally let the knife slip and he cut the wrong wire. They had ten seconds before it would go off. "It's all you." Natasha said looking at Wanda. She used her powers to lift the bomb up into the sky so it couldn't hurt anyone.

As it exploded she did her best to keep it in the sky. Once Wanda was sure that it was done she landed the ash  on the ground. "Never ask me to do that ever again." She said crumbling to the ground.

"Hopefully nothing like this happens again." Clint said with a nervous laugh. He looked at everyone. "I think we could all use something to eat, let's get back." He said with a small smile.

Later at the Avengers Compound

Clint ordered pizza and brought out plates for everyone. Tony, Pepper, Thor, and Laura joined them. "Let's have a game night. Who wants to pick the game?" He said as he inhaled a piece of pizza.
