A date {Momojirou}

Momo's POV

I need to find something to wear but I don't know what to wear. Jirou didn't tell me how to dress. Should I do casual or more dressed up I don't know. Ugh I hate it when she does these surprise hang outs. She never gives me any information but when she's coming. You know what I'm just going to wear a simple plaid dress with a chain and some comfy shoes.
"Miss Yamomo there is a Kyoka Jirou waiting for you downstairs by the main entrance" I was excited so I made my way downstairs quickly to see jirou in black ripped jeans with fishnets underneath with a baggy t-shirt. She looked really nice. "Hey Jirou you look really nice" I said "And you look fantastic" She said in return. She grabbed my hand and we started walking to this mystery destination.

~Jirous POV~

"I found this cute cafe next to a path that lead to a really nice pond and I'm taking momo there. That's where I am going today Mina" I said before she squealed higher than I've ever heard mina squeal in her life. "ARE YOU FINALLY GOING TO TELL HER?" she asked "Well the thing is I've already started dating her this is like our 9th date" I said sheepishly while rubbing the back of my neck. "YOU DIDN'T TELL MEEEEEEE HOW DARE YOU. YOU PROMISED ME" she yelled rather dramatically. I felt bad for not telling her but I wanted to be able to have time with her without everybody knowing. I know it sounds selfish but it's fine people would understand. After mina was finished yelling at me for not telling her I made my way to momo's house. I took the bus which was a 20 minute bus ride then It takes another 10 to walk up the driveway so I was late when I got there. Somebody named anders I'm not sure what he is went to get her. When she came down she came down in a black and grey plaid dress but a belt and simple black shoes. She looked amazing. She said "hey jirou you look really nice" with a smile. Even though we've been dating for about 1 year but she still uses my last name. "And you look fantastic" I said knowing that she probably didn't believe it. 

I took her hand and we started off to the surprise place. It was pretty close because I didn't want to bus again I didn't feel like it so I found the cafe and pond near her house se we didn't do much walking. "We are graduating in 3 days can you believe it?" I said "Yea it's really been great. We'll finally be pros and we will be able to help people" she said happily as normal. We finally arrived at the cafe after about 15 minutes. Her eyes lit up before she said "I haven't been here since I was like 6 and it was the last time I spent time with my grandmother before she died how did you know" she asked/told me "I didn't I just thought it would be something cute to do together, if you don't want to stay that's fine we can just go to the last place instead" I said trying to make sure that she would be ok with it. "Of course it's fine I'd love to go in. My grandmother would've taken you by yourself eventually so I should do what she would've wanted." She answered with a smile before she grabbed my hand and we went inside. 

We walked in and a hostess greeted us and sat us outside of the cafe before a waiter came up to take our orders. "Hi I'm Fuiji I'm going to be taking care of you today. Can I get you guys anything or should I come back?" The tall man asked "No it's fine, I'll get a blueberry muffin and the mint smoothie" I said politely "and for you?" the man asked directing his question to momo" "I will have the chocolate muffin and a raspberry tea please" she said before he took our orders and went back. "Thank you for bringing me here jirou" she said "No problem babe, but you can call me kyoka you know that right?" I told her "Yes I know but I don't want to use it yet and you'll see why later don't worry" she smiled. A little while later the waiter came back and handed me my food and drink along with mom but slipped her something that she didn't bother looking at. We decided to fight over who paid. In the end she let me pay because I won a round of rock paper scissors. She didn't really like that but it was fine she'd get over it with some therapy (Incredibles reference because why not) I noticed that the waiter was staring at her well more like glaring. He probably gave her his number but whatever she obviously didn't care. I think she knew where we where going next because she started walking.

~Momo's POV~

I knew that the waiter was glaring at me for not caring about whatever was on that paper I assume it was his number but I didn't really care. I had kyoka. I know I never called her that to her face but it was because I'm going to use it today for the first time. I've been talking to Anders about it for a while now. He got everything ready. I knew that she was going to go to the pond from the path only 3 minutes from the cafe. That's where I went with my grandma to feed ducks or little rabbits. I think she knew what she was doing but she just went along with it. I really did love her. She was amazing. I can't believe that I was the one who was dating her long terms instead of denki. I mean they dated for a few months but then she came out as gay and he did as well and now he is dating shinsou. I'm happy for him they are a really cute couple.

Once we got to the path I started to walk slower. I made sure that I had everything. Because it was getting late we would be able to see the sun setting by the time we got there. I knew exactly what to do and this was going to be the best day of our entire lives. Once we made it to the pond I just took in all of the glory and beauty of my girlfriend "Ok momo you've been acting weird for a while now what's going on?" she asked I knew she was worried I could hear it in her voice even thought she tried her best to hide it. "Don't worry trust me you'll find out soon" I said smiling I took her hand and sat her down. She found a very pretty flower and put it in my hair. I blushed. I told her to stand up and turn around becuase there was a bunny. She did that and when she turned around there I was on one knee ring box in hand "Momo what are you doing?" she asked "I know that we are young and that this is a crazy idea and I know you might not agree but. Kyoka Jirou will you make me happier than I already am with you and allow me to marry you?" I asked hopeful "YES YES YES I WILL" She yelled and I slipped the ring on her finger and kissed her deeply I would always remember this day. I hope she will to. I've never been more happy and I never will be happier with anybody but her. "you know I was going to propose to you at the graduation at the hat toss but being engaged to you three days early works just as well as long as I have you" She said with a smile before we head back to my house and I tell anders everything.
