Blake's POV

"How I see it? Haters are going to hate. But they don't see that we don't care," I replied. "I'm not going to let it get to me. So what if a couple people leave rude comments? I can't control what others post but I can tell you that I'm against bullying and this is cyber-bullying." I put my arm around Mia. "I know I'm great at what I do and I'm better than what those people think of me. It's just a couple comments."

"Couple? Try hundreds," said Sherl. "How are you guys going to resolve this?"

"Well, I'm going to talk it over with the team Monday because we're performing for a school assembly Wednesday," Mia said. "Our principal wants us to talk about this experience and what I have in mind, I think we are going to tell the school about this."

"I'll be there to watch," said Sherl. "Blake, last night you and the rest of the guys from the squad did a performance last night. What was that about?"

"The cheerleaders didn't want to perform at halftime and the manager of our band talked with the principal to get us the performance time," I replied. "We're five guys who sing and dance but we love it. We were born to do what we wanted to do so we took our chances."

"We're about to be out of time," said Sherl. The call ended. "You heard from three of the squad members today. Thank you for tuning in to Good Morning LA. I'm your host, Sherl Kelly. You have a good —"

Shay turned off the TV. "So, we're going to talk to the squad about this?" Shay asked.

"Monday," Mia responded. "Let it settle in their minds first. If they want to quit, they can."

"Well, we still have that performance Wednesday," said Shay. "What are we going to do about that?"

"I was thinking we perform Blank Space with the three of us singing," Mia responded. "You're going to sing the bridge while doing a little couples dance with Devin."

"What part is Blake going to sing?" Shay asked.

"Oh my god. Who is she?" I responded. "Yeah. But we're all going to be dancing."

"I gotta think of a part for TC and Drew," Mia replied. "I want Jayk and Zoey to do the couples dance too."

"They'll make a cute couple but Zoey's got someone else," I replied.

"When are you performing?" Mia asked.

"After we talk about this whole game night performance thing," I replied. "We were supposed to after each other but the principal added that little part of it."

"Okay," Shay sighed. "What are we going to do for Friday's game?"

"I honestly don't know anymore," Mia replied.

"Regionals are in eight weeks," said Shay. "Are we going to be able to perform?"

"We can do it," I replied.

"All we gotta do is make CD's for each squad member and use those to practice for the Friday's performance," Mia suggested. "So we don't have to waste practice time for regionals. I can always teach Blake his part for games since we live across the street."

"See, you got this covered," I replied.

"And, Shay, you already know the performance dance," Mia replied. "I just say a song title and you know the dance instantly."

"You know me so well," Shay replied putting her hand up to her chest. "We also gotta talk to the team about the CD thing?"

"Yeah but let's just keep this week on the DL because I don't want to dump all of it on them all at once," Mia replied. "That'll be too much for them to handle. Then chaos, and I can't deal with chaos right now."
