"Next case, please." We heard someone shout as I glanced at Loki as he did the same. The woman shoved us forward making me grunt, "Annoying piece of sh-" I was cut off by another woman speaking loudly. "Laufeyson, Variant L1130, aka Loki Laufeyson." She said loudly looking at him as she looked at me.

"Lilith, Variant L1169, aka Eris Lilith." She said smiling towards me as I another stand appeared and the lady shoved us forward. I hit the stand almost falling over,  "Are charged with sequence violation 7-20-89 and 5-34-02." She said making me look up at her smiling mischievously.

"How do you two plead?" She asked us as I opened my mouth to speak but was cut off by Loki chuckling, "Madam, a god and goddess do not plead." He said making me nod and look at her. "Look, this has been a very enjoyable and annoying pantomime, but we'd like to go home now." I said nodding towards her and placing my hands on the stand.

"Are you guilty or not guilty?" She asked us annoyed making me shake my head and Loki scoffed beside me. "Guilty of being the God of Mischief and her being the Goddess of Reality and Time? Yes." He said making me look at him wide eyed.

"Loki!" I shouted annoyed but I'm ignored, "Guilty of finding all this incredibly tedious?" Yes." He continued making my smack my forehead and look down. "Guilty of a crime against the Sacred Timeline?-" He said as I cut him off quickly.

"Absolutely not, you have the wrong people." I said loudly leaning forward, putting my finger up. I smiled widely as I felt his gaze on me. "Oh, really? And who should we have?" She asked my making me shrug.

"I suspect, the Avengers." Loki suggested making me snicker as he smiled at me. "You see, I came in possession of the Tesseract because they traveled through time, no doubt in a last-ditch effort to stave off my ascent to God King." Loki said making me look at him then at the lady.

"That's quite an accusation." She said seriously making me sigh looking around the room. "Oh, believe me, you can smell the cologne of two Tony Starks." He said shaking his head and I tilted my head, confused.

"You speak of Time Criminals? It's they you should be after." He suggested to her making me smile towards her. "Perhaps you could provide us with a task force and resources and we could return and eliminate them for you." I suggested shrugging as she looked at me disappointed and I shrugged.

"I think that's a good idea." I said nodding as Loki nodded agreeing with me. "We're not here to talk about the Avengers." She said annoyed making me tilt my head at her. "Oh, no?" Loki asked tilting his head.
