Launching towards Bakugou as he did the same was probably the first thing I did wrong.

Meeting in the middle of the gym Bakugou prepared to set an explosion off in my face.

He thrusted his hands forward towards me as I approached him.

Suddenly an explosion erupted from his palms as I dogged by hitting the deck.

"Fuck." I whispered under my breath as I didn't expect the ground to be so far away, causing my body to ache slightly.

Bakugou gave me an angry scoff as he went in for another attack.

I backed up a little just avoiding his explosion before thrusting myself forward towards him.

I caught him off guard as I was able to land a punch right in the gut.

Bakugou slammed onto the floor as I landed back onto the ground.

I kneeled beside him and whispered in his ear.

"I forfeit." Bakugou stated as I used my quirk to carry him back over.

We didn't get far before he got up and sluggishly walked towards the group.

"Bakugou would never just give up like that." I heard from the rest of my classmates.

Bakugou asked Mr. Aizawa if I could bring him to Recovery Girl and we headed off.

"You really mean what you said?" Bakugou said to me.

"Yes, why would I lie." I replied.

"I dunno, sometimes you do lie."

"Shut up and walk faster."

Bakugou rolled his eyes at me and continued walking down the hallway.

Some of the students gave us stares as Kirishima or one of the other boys would usually bring Bakugou.

"Does Bakugou finally have a girlfriend?" Monoma said stopping us in our tracks.

"Shut the fuck up." I replied

"Someones moody."

"No someones just annoying."

I pushed him aside with my quirk and we kept walking.

"Damn you and your quirk y/n." Monoma replied behind us.

I look over to Bakugou to see that he was blushing a little.

"Why are you blushing Bakugou." I said to him.

"I am not dumbass." He looked at me with a frown his cheeks still brushed with red.

"Mhm, sure. How do you explain your red cheeks then."

"There not red!" He scoffed at me before turning his head away from me.

"We're here." I said stopping in front of Recovery Girl's door.

I began to walk off as Bakugou opened the door but Bakugou walked back over to me.

"Could you... uh... stay with me y/n?" He whispered to me.

"Uh, yeah.. I guess." I began to blush slightly and looked away from him as we walked back to the door.

Bakugou opened the door and we walked in.

"You're both pretty beat up." Recovery Girl told us.

"We fought each other in the duels." I replied.

"That makes sense."

"Bakugou is the one that needs healing, i'm fine."

"You don't look fine."

"I feel fine."

Suddenly Recovery Girl walks up next to me and kisses me.

"I told you I didn't need healing."

"Yes you did, now stop bickering and lay down for a bit."

I tried to stay awake till Bakugou was healed but as soon as laid down I was sound asleep.

30 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘓𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳

"Wake up lazy shit." Bakugou's voice rang in my ears.

I groaned a little before opening my eyes.

Bakugou stood overtop me, my eyes widened with shock and I blushed a little.

Bakugou backed up and sat down on the bed next to me.

I sat up and he was blushing also.

"What time is it." I said sleepily.

"We've been here sleeping for 30 minutes. Kirishima came in at the beginning of lunch and accidentally woke me up. I just woke you up too so you wouldn't sleep through lunch."

"Oh, uh, thanks?"

Bakugou scoffed before getting up.

"I'm heading to lunch, with or without you."

I quickly got up and stretched a little before following Bakugou out the door into the hallway.

"Thanks Recovery Girl!" I called behind me before the door shut.

"So you really did mean what you said earlier." Bakugou said to me.

"Yes! Now stop talking about it and forget about it. Don't tell anyone yet."

"Yeah, yeah."

We arrived at Lunch Rush Cafeteria and got our lunch.

I sat with the girls and Bakugou sat next to Kirishima.

"Is he gunna tell them?" I kept asking myself in my head.

"y/n? Hello? Earth to y/n." Jirou said next to me.

"Oh! Uh, sorry." I said.

"I was talking about our matches, you and Bakugou's match is still a mystery though. What happened."

"Oh, I punched him and he tapped out, simple as that. Well, thats what he told me."

Yes, I did just lie to my friends.

"Uh, okay." Jirou continued with her analysis on the rest of the matches.
