CHAPTER SEVEN
I was still preparing the air mattress on the balcony of my room since I decided that Kotaro and I will sleep here to enjoy the cold ambiance of Miyagi's nights.
Koshi is sleeping peacefully in the mini crib that I set up for him.
I'm currently fixing the fairy lights that I put in the railings and the citronella candle as our mosquito repellant when I heard my phone ringing.
I grab to check my phone to see who was calling and saw it was Kotaro.
Kōtarō Bokuto is calling...
I pressed the green sign and put the phone in my ear,
"Hey, hey, hey!" I slightly distanced the phone away from my ears when I heard him exhilaratingly blurted out.
"Oh my gosh, Kotaro!" I hushed him
He laughed, "Where is your exact location here in Miyagi?" He asked
My forehead creased, "Oh, you haven't been here, aren't you?" I chuckled
"I'll share my location with you. Are you alone? Are you walking?" I asked
"I'm alone since the Karasuno and I already parted ways. I'm near the subway." He answered me
"Oh, our home is quite near the subway. I'll turn off the call and share my location with you. See you!" I cheekily told him and he just hummed.
I turned off the call and sent my location to him. After he sent a thumbs up, I put my phone down at the table here on the balcony and continued putting the beddings.
I got inside my room to go get the extra pillows and thick white blankets and brought them to the balcony.
After I got satisfied with it, I took a quick shower to freshen up.
Minutes later, I changed into my pajamas and oversized white shirt and hurriedly walked downstairs to wait for Kotaro.
But the moment I opened the door, a manly and loud voice invaded the deepest corner of our home.
I ran downstairs and throw myself to hug him.
He lifted me by hugging my waist and turned around, I heard Mom giggled as she looked at us.
"Hello, bestie!" He greeted me and puts me down
I calmly settled myself as I smiled wider at him
"Are you hungry, Kotaro? Please join us at the dining table. Your Uncle and Nikolo will be here in a bit. We can wait at them at the dining table." Mom smiled at us
Kotaro just nodded and decided to put his backpack on our couch.
Mom guided us and bombarded Kotaro's questions that he gladly answered.
