Chapter Two

"Well, I think we should be going, right?"He said, as he starts the car.

"Yeah, let's go." I said, he pulled out of the driveway and headed to the school.

We pulled into the crowded lot about 10 minutes later, and found a spot. I got out of the car and began to walk towards the school ad he grabbed my hand.

He grinned and said, "I love you..... Cel." I giggled and felt my cheeks burn. He kissed me on the cheek and my eyes went wide.

"I love you too.... Tayler." I said, using his middle name instead of his first. He chuckled and began to swing our intertwined hands between us.

After arriving in the school's auditorium, I walked over to the punch bowl to get me and Rainier something to drink. Pushing through the crowd I was almost there when I was shoved out of the way by two girls rushing to the chips area.

The one with the short brown hair was wearing a dark purple dress that was about mid-thigh length and covered in sequins. The other girl with really short red hair was also wearing a mid-thigh dress but it was black. I tried to get up but failed and that's when the girls noticed me.

The brunette noticed me and her eyes widened. "Oh my gosh! Are you okay?!" She said with her hand out-stretched to help me up.

I hesitantly grabbed it and I stood up. "Yeah I'm fine. My name is Dawn by the way."

"Oh my name is Autumn." She giggled. "And her name is Lilly." She said motioning to the girl next to her.

Just then, Rainier walked up behind me and put his arm around me protectively.

"Are you okay? I saw you fall after they shoved you." He said glaring at the the two girls.

"Hey, I'm real sorry for shoving you, we didn't see you. We were just, hungry..." Lilly said, looking down at the floor sadly.

I looked up to see Rainier's expression soften, he doesn't like making girls sad.

"It's okay." I said "Ranier, these are my friends, Autumn and Lilly.

AUTUMN'S POV

"Autumn, Lilly, this is my boyfriend, Rainier." She said, as she leaned over and whispered in our ears, "It's nice to meet y'all by the way."

"Well, it's nice to meetchya." Lilly said as she out-stretched her hand.

"Yes, it's nice to meet y'all", I said, laughing at the way Lilly said 'meet ya'.

"It's nice to meet y'all as well." He said, shaking our hands. He turned to Dawn and planted a kiss on her cheek.

"So, how long have y'all known each other?" He asked, a curious expression on his face.

"Oh, like 6 minutes." Dawn said, with a straight face. Rainier raised his eyebrows, in a confused manner.

"It's okay bro, I know you're confused. I am too, so it's okay." Lilly said laughing.

"I'm just gonna leave it... HEY!!!" He said, as he got knocked into. A really hot guy turned around and I gasped. He was HOT!

"Hey, sorry man, I got pushed." He said, then pointed over to me. "You, young lady are hot."

I blushed as red as the rose in my corsage. "Thanks, so are you..... I mean! Um... okay then....?" I said as I panicked at the fact that I just admitted my feelings.

"Would you like to be my date to the dance for the rest of the night? I came with my best friend, and I saw you and her," He said, pointing to Lilly, "come in together, so, maybe they can be each other's dates?"

"Um, as long as they both agree, because I don't want to leave Lilly out in the cold. So, otherwise, I would REALLY love to, but not unless they both agree." I said, very hopeful Lilly would say yes.

"I have to see him first, and talk to him for like 15 minutes, just to get to know a little bit about him before I say yes." Lilly said, turning her head looking to see if she might be able to spot him.

"I know who your talking about, Dustin, and he's a major douche. I don't think Lilly will like him." Said Rainier, as he looked at Lilly with sympathy.

"CHRIS, GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE, I FOUND YOU A DATE!" Dustin yelled across the auditorium.
