Lilly's POV

He was beautiful, I saw him jog up and look at me, our eyes connected immediately.

"Please, tell me it's her." He said and pointed to me. I blushed at this.

Dustin said, "No duh, dumbass, i wouldn't give you the hot one, damn." He shoves Christopher at me and he almost falls.

I hear a ring tone, and see Rainier jump and grab his phone out of his pocket. "Hello?" He pauses for the person on the other end to respond, "At the High School, why?" He asks, sounding annoyed.

He pulls the phone from his ear and glares at it. "He just hung up, what the hell."

"What'd he want, and who?" Dawn asks, a conserved look on her face.

He just keeps staring at his phone for a minute or so before he answers her, "My brother.... he said, 'no time to explain, we need you at the house, there are so many of them..... it's an emergency, come home now' and hung up..... Dawn, I'm so sorry, i have to go" He says, with a sympathetic look on his face.

"Rainier, it's okay, go, I'll be fine. Just go." She said as she pushes him towards the door. She turns around and takes a couple steps towards us, then quickly runs back to Rainier. She grabs him by the arm and turns him around and pulls him in a hug. Before he can realize what's happening, she reaches up and kisses him on the lips for several seconds and then shoves him out the door.

She turns back to us with cheeks as red as possible and a large grin on her face. She leans against the door facing and and sighs.

I walk over to her and laugh, "Are you okay?" I ask. She nods and starts walking towards the group.

"What was that?" Dustin asked. "Don't anyone else want to know what's up? 'Cause I sure as hell do."

She opened her mouth to say something, but was interrupted when Dustin's own phone began ringing. He groaned annoyed and answered the phone. "Heeler?" He pause for an answer. "Right now? *pause* but I'm at prom *pause* Are you fucking kidding me?! I'm finally getting to be with my crush and you guys start a battle with them?!? What in the living he'll is wrong with you people?!" He yells at the person on the other end then hangs up. "Autumn, I'm so sorry..... I have to go, my family is in a major fight with a rival family. I'll try to make it back before the last dance though." He walks over and hugs her, and kisses her on the cheek then leaves.
