Before the situation has a chance to become awkward I remember what I was looking for.
"Do you guys know where I can find the freebies? I forgot my notebook and Ayla told me they have some of them."
Chris describes me where to go (on the other end of the shelf row duh) and I thank them. With my new notebook and some free pens, all with the big university logo of ours printed on it, I finally sit down at my table again.
"Why did you take so long?", Ayla askes while doodling little hearts and stars on the table.
"I met some friends and we talked a little."While studying my mind wanders several times to the good looking, dark haired friend of Chris. I try my best to focus, but after reading the same sentence for the fifth time I sight.
"Guys, I'm gonna go to the restroom."The cold water I splashed in my face didn't work as well as I thought. Not only my face but also parts of my hair and my cardigan are wet now. Congrats, y/n.
I try my best to dry everything with some paper towels, but I don't want to waste the paper, so I still look like a wet mop. After leaving the restroom I nearly collide with someone again.
"Oh, I'm sorry", I muffle and want to hurry back to my desk.
But the guy i almost bumped into grabs my arm and slightly forces me to look at him.
Han?
"Are you okay? You look-", his eyes go up and down my body, "wet."
Frustrated I look at the reason of my unfocused mind. "Yes, that's what I am. I am wet."
Ugh, that sounds wrong, way too wrong.
"I mean, because I spilled water on my clothes." I can feel my face getting red.
"I can see that." Han still looks at me, his eyes wandering from my wet cardigan back to my blushing face.
"Let me help you."
Before I can say something he takes off his white sweater. He wears a shirt under it, but for a second I'm able to see a part of a well toned sixback. I try not to stare, really, but Han notices my glance. He smirks while handing me his sweater."Thank you." Does my voice sound a little shaky? What the hell?!
Han helps me out of my wet cardigan, so I can put his sweater on.
The fabric is soft and feels warm on my skin. I look up to the dark haired boy in front of me while I try to straighten my hair a little bit. Guess what, that didn't help at all.
The boy makes a step towards me and starts helping to fix my tousled hair. With both hands he straightens the strands with a focused look on his face. His dark brown eyes seem even darker now, he squints them unintentionally while concentrating. I really can't help but stare at this beautiful man. His skin looks so soft and flawless, the only thing I want to do right now is touch his cheek to feel that softness by myself.
Lost in my thoughts I didn't realize that Han stopped arranging my hair and looks back at me like I look at him. Now I feel his gaze sliding over my face, my lips, my eyes.
For a while we just stare at each other, until Han breaks the silence.
"You're eyes are very beautiful, y/n. It's hard to not fall into them, you know?"I have to bake a cake now so sorryyy for such a short chapterrr
